Great and huge super market open on the lanes of Abul Hasan Isphani Road. Few years ago, it was drowned with the rain water due to the bad infrastructure. But heard and saw it is now much improved. Prices are quite good and customer service is excellent as every staff worker is quite helpful. They need to focus on the garments stuff as sometimes the quality is not so good. Also, the points game and offer they give must be more good.

I think nearby resident must pay at least one visit. They have varieties of all most all daily need items. Good super market.

I really love it, no parking problem, staff is too cooperative, goods are in reasonable prices. I suggest you to explore it once. so you will come everytime.

It was a good experience buying groceries from The Big Buy Supermarket. All your needs under one roof. Not very crowded, unlike other Supermarkets. Plenty of parking space. The prices are somewhat competitive but not all items you have to check before buying

Good place to shop. Spacious aisles. Good variety of products. Valet parking and staff is very friendly and helpful. Fruits and Vegetables are well priced and fresh.

Their advertisement showcased exciting offers with ample stock, yet upon arrival, the shelves lacked the promoted items. When I inquired, the staff simply stated the product was "out of stock." Furthermore, despite claims of no purchase limits, they restricted quantities, offering only one or two pieces. This deceptive marketing strategy leads to wasted time and frustration for customers who rely on the store’s online promises. A business must ensure transparency and deliver on its advertised commitments to maintain credibility. Trust in a store is earned through honest practices, not misleading sales tactics. I urge shoppers to verify availability before visiting to avoid disappointment.

Pathetic experience. They told me return stuff due to my purchase was below 100 rupees. I was using debit card...what a poor experience. All shops now accept card payment. Even in lulu mall 5 rupees we can buy it from card. What a shame...bcoz of hungry i try to purchase some snacks...

Most competitive prices and offers as compared to other supermarkets in Karachi.

This is not a huge store like Imtiaz or metro. It is a grocery store. Vegetables, fruits, meats are not available, or at least I didn't see them. But garments, stationary, cosmetics, toys are also available. A fair bit of variety of the products is available. Not crowded at all. Prices were reasonable. Some products have big discounts. ACs were not working properly. Overall it is a good place to shop for groceries.

Crowded without enough counters, till 3 pm only 2 counters are working, long queue lines Wastage of time

There's so much humidity in the garments area, hard to breathe as splits don't work there... Kids costume variety is limited and expensive as if we are purchasing from brand outlets..wastage of time

This is Shaheen from signature collection. This store purchased ladies garments from our company . It's been almost more than 2 months but they are continuous ig noring messages, not doing payment and not responding to calls. I had no other option except to pist this in reviews. I hope some responsible person at the store sees my review and solve my priblem. Thanks

Its a good place to buy necessary items. Basement is for clothes and toy section. Most of the things were available. We bought 2 hoodies and few toys for kids. Everything was reasonable and good quality
