I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the food during my visit. The idli did not seem very fresh and felt like it had been reheated. The fried rice and Manchurian combo was also not as flavorful as expected. I hope the team can look into improving the freshness and taste of the food.

Noodle ,dosa, kadhai paneer super esa. Tast kahi ur nhi Iit metro station par bikanervala he aye sabhi log ur try kare service bahut achi thi khana to bahut acha tha

This place is ridiculous the food is below avg not good at all the waiting time is too long like we have ordered like an hour before and then the food came not all at at time but in gap like we have to wait that when our food will arrive and the taste was too bad not a single thing we ordered was good also the colddrink we had ordered was double the price of the original i.e 70 rupees for a simple can of pepsi the same can cost 30 rupees outside. We wouldn't recommend anyone to there .

Its the worst bikanerwala. i have visited multiple outlets of bikanerwala in ncr and had ggod food but here in kanpur i have baught the paneer dosa masal dosa and crispy corn and it was worst food i ever had. We were not able to had the full dosa We had to left the dosa. Now i will come to crispy corn first they mentioned the baby corn in place of crispy corn then i sad to chef to make crispy corn now in place of crispy corn they just made the boilded corn in fried onions beacause it was a parsal i did saw there but when i saw it in home it was just waste it was too salty, they have used so much refined oil. There was no corn floor to crisp the corns. Disappointed.

No cleanliness.. Water was all spread in the dining area. Late service found hair strand in idli platter. Extremely poor

Token counter se payment karne k bad ajeeb sa funtdu hath me pakadkar sitting area me bees logo k beech me lana hota hai so embarrassing ek staff in logo se manage nahi ho pa raha jo table se order lekar table par serve kar sake yahi sab crore ka investment duba dete hai aur company barbad ho jati hai . Pic of funtudu attached distance of token counter and sitting area is about 15 meter just ignore .guard ko chhodkar sab bekar hai wahi yaha par sirf apna kaam sahi se kar raha hai

Worst food i have ever had, they have no idea how to talk to customers, cleaning guy serving food, worst restaurant, if you want to save your money don’t go this place. I wish google google should give option for negative ratings See the paneer manchurian pic, i have ordered semi manchurian and they made paneer gravy 😂😂😂😂

This branch of Bikanerwala is not upto the mark. Their kitchen is messy and you can't eat food if you'll see their kitchen. They provide poor service to customer. Once, we ordered south indian platter, they did not provide vada in that. If some item is not available as shown on Zomato, they deliver something else. I received spilled items after delivery. They don't pack the items properly even in rainy days, when there are hygeine issues. Moreover, the owner of this branch talks very rudely without caring what customer is complaining about. This branch should shut down because they are inefficient and incapable of maintaining hygeine and following the protocols.
