Bikanervala | Conscient One Mall, Sector 109 Gurugram

Visited the Bikanervala at Conscient One, Sector 109. The restaurant is enormous and offers a huge variety of snacks and sweets. One big advantage here is the parking—it’s excellent and hassle-free. The Food: Chole Bhature: Highly recommended (as per my friend). Sandwich: Quite good and worth a try. Tea: Average, nothing special. The Disappointment: For such a large place, I was surprised they had no coffee (machine has been down for a while) and no lassi either. If you’re a coffee lover, you might want to look elsewhere. Great for a quick meal, but the beverage section needs a serious fix.

Food is okay . It can be way better, especially the chutneys that is provided with South Indian are so bad . Even the pani puri is not upto the mark. There Bedmi kachori and aloo sabzi is good though. Amritsari kulcha and chole is decent too.

A decent food joint on the ground floor of Conscient One Mall providing regular food ,sweets and savouries options. Varieties of North Indian ,South Indian and other food options.Self service with big seating ,including high chairs. Reasonably priced and quick service. Food is tasty inline with Bikanervala tradition.

This restaurant's environment is very cool. If you come here you should order special thali which includes tandoori rotis dalmakhni an shahi paneer with chawal. What ever they make is SUPERCALIFRAGILISTIC EXPIALIDOCIOUS. Except, idli-sambhar idli is just good. You should also try gulab jamun and you'll feel you're in heaven.

Food quality is standard as compared to other hotels but considering the area it seems to be best. Service and atmosphere is standard quality nothing special now, talking about menu opinion it's ok like find all choices of North to South Indian taste. All range in vegetarian food for all age groups.

Great Family-Friendly Spot with Delicious Food! We had a wonderful dining experience at “Bikanerwala” in Consinent Mall which is located on Dwarka-Expressway when we going towards Dwarka from Gurgaon. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for families. Here self service only. The menu offers a great variety of dishes, with something for everyone—from kids to adults. We especially loved Paneer Tikka and Daal Makhani with Delicious Butter Naan which was well-prepared. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were reasonable for a mall location. The restaurant was clean, and service was prompt despite it being a busy time. They also have a nice kids’ menu, which was a big plus for us. Overall, Bikanerwala is a great choice for a relaxed family meal. We’ll definitely be coming back! Outside this restaurant, we have few options for kids toys-zone. For parking : plenty of vehicles park outside the mall therefore no issue of parking.

Dear Bikanervala Team, I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from your Conscient Mall, Sector 109, Gurugram outlet. We ordered Gur Malai Roll and Rabari Madhuri Roll, but both items were smelly, stale, and clearly out of date. We tried contacting your call centre and even the store directly, but no one answered the calls. There has been no support or resolution, which is very disappointing for a reputed brand like Bikanervala. Please arrange an immediate replacement or refund for the spoiled food. This issue needs urgent attention to ensure food safety and customer trust. Visited Bikanervala today and tried their Raj Kachori. The presentation was good, but the dahi (curd) was overly sweet, which overpowered the other flavors. I couldn’t finish the whole dish as the sweetness didn’t suit my palate. It would be great if Bikanervala introduces customization options for items like Raj Kachori, especially when it comes to the sweetness of curd. Not everyone prefers extra-sweet dahi in their chaats. A little flexibility in preparation would definitely enhance the dining experience for customers with different taste preferences. Otherwise, the outlet was clean, service was fine, but the food taste could be more balanced.

As usual, quite expected from Bikanervala. Their standard on cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety is at the level of competition (you know their name). This outlet was placed in the Conscient One Sector 109 Dwarka. Pretty decent seating options (but limited to around 40 people at one point in time). Food quality is good. They’re North Indian vegetarian food restaurant. From that standard, they deserve a 4/5. A no brainer if you are a vegetarian and are seeking a good snack in a reasonable budget in this vicinity. You’ll have to travel several kilometres to find another one right now.

My experience in Bikanerwala was just amazing. Sambhu Yadav and Chef Dashrath Choudhary prepared really amazing kachori with sabji and Bedmi poori with sabji. They were so hospitable and came over to ask how the food was - very empathetic. It was a great experience and would love to visit again.

We enjoyed a Sunday brunch featuring aloo bedmi, chole bhature, pyaz kachori, and other items. While the food was delicious, the portion sizes were somewhat small.

Food was not good. Manchurian balls were cold and gravy hot. Food quality has gone down drastically. Cleanliness is below the mark. Bikaner is such a well known brand but this branch is not upto that level. Jalebi was good though.

Had a really bad experience at Bikanervala last night around 10 PM (Invoice No: FS72INV-00655448). Ordered 2 thalis and when I asked for green chilies, the staff said they don’t have or use them. After arguing for nearly 5 minutes, they finally gave them. While eating, flies kept hovering over our food, which was extremely unhygienic, and the staff showed no concern. Basic things like salt and tissue paper were missing from the table, and we had to get up repeatedly to ask for them. Overall, very poor service and hygiene. This restaurant is situated very near to Dwarka expressway. The store was totally clean and well maintained. Staff were very cooperative. A lot of varities of sweets and food option available. We went for a brunch. Ordered chole bhature, bedmi poori, sandwich and team Everything was superb. The tea was very well prepared.

The was totally smelly, tried complaining the chefs and the staff but said it smells like this only . Very bad left the food without eating

Very poor quality Chole Bhature. The chole had no taste at all and very bad quality oil was used, which had an unpleasant smell and made the food feel heavy after eating. The bhature were also not properly cooked, cold, and rubbery. Bill details: Date 25-12-2025, Quantity 4 plates, Price ₹180 per plate, Total ₹756 (including GST). Considering the price, the quality is completely unacceptable. Extremely disappointing experience. Will not order again.”

The food is as usual amazing, atmosphere is great and when I came here on the new year's Eve, mr yash yadav helped a lot in finding a place and getting the order on time even though it was really crowded. Amazing experience overall

Good place for Vegetarians, ample space for sitting , issue is little wait for your orders. meal is good here, can be a good choice for Vegetarians. People use to park car and Motors on road only. I don't think some one uses paid parking at concient One
