Visited Bikaner (2nd Floor) and ordered 4 plates of Bhatura. Had to ask separately for pickles — surprising for a basic chole bhature order. And when I started eating, I noticed there was no potato in the chole at all. Feels like silent cost-cutting on the plate. Service tax may be gone, but ingredient trimming seems to be the new adjustment strategy. Small things matter. And customers do notice. Should not publicize sugarless products when there's none. Do not like the attitude of manager VIPIN. I took stuff worth ~700 bucks and still attitude and rolled eyes were shown upon asking for a carry bag. I was asked to take the stuff after billing to a different counter to get the bag... Didn't like the place at all or probably won't come back because of the Manager/the reception guy. VIPIN

I want to highly appreciate your staff for delivering exceptional customer service!The order taker, Jitendra (I believe), during the morning shift around 10:00 AM on January 28th, was fantastic. We ordered coffee, tea, and chole bhature, but the food section was on the second floor food court.When I asked the manager to have the team there prepare it so we could eat upstairs, he kindly offered to bring the food right to us once ready. Many thanks for that thoughtful gesture! Special shoutout to Amol—his tea was amazing and truly stole the show. Thanks a lot for the outstanding experience!

It's surprising that chain like this can't manage their prices well. The price in the menu and bill amount didn't match. Also didn't understand and surprised how come cappuccino can be cheaper than americano. The staff Akshay couldn't say much about that neither offered any help nor any Manger was present to take a call. Air-conditioning was not working near the seating area. Staff looked so much confused once it was mentioned they quickly removed the display menu from the coffee section. Hope someone comes with some answers.

One of the worst Bikanervala I have been to. Staff is lost, takes half an hour to give a cup of coffee. Poor billing, very slow. Highly understaffed. I would avoid this one for sure. Dont visit!!!

Don't assume it to be as good as sector 29 shop. The sweet shop had pastries that had gone stale, got them replaced them with laddus as there was no way to return the money back!

The food and service here is the best of all the buffet concepts and the staff is so helpful, they never refuse anything, there is so much food that one goes crazy after seeing it.

We order sweet corn soups totally taste less no salt no veggies oly just a boil water Waste of money

I just visited .... And could not feel better .. price was too high for almost everything, location wise food menu is not attracting.. Anyways once visit and try something, I will edit this view ..

They are just spoiling the Brand name of Bikanerwala. Ordered pav bhaji, matar kulcha, papri chat and thali. Pav and matar were very bland. It is cooked by some naive not even by trainee. Papri Chat was pathetic. Mix veg in the thali was horrible. I was about to vomit. I hope someone from Brand and ops are listening and providing them a qualified cook.

Nice ambiance & great taste of food & beverage from the house of bikanervala ,also very delicious sweet finger licking to your taste buds overall good to go for all food & sweets needs also snacks available inside the shop .Bikanervala specializes in traditional Indian sweets like Rasgulla, Gulab Jamun, Rasmalai, Kaju Katli, Besan Ladoo, Motichoor Ladoo, and more

I didn't like the taste of food.I ordered pav bhaji, chole bhature and dosa .None of these items was tasty.Everything was so oily and tasteless.Money totally wasted.Never gonna eat from there again.

The staff appeared disinterested and lacked the warmth one would usually expect. It felt as though they were not very motivated or welcoming. I had requested a cup of tea, but was informed it wasn’t available—however, I noticed some staff members having tea at the same time, which seemed a bit disappointing. The team seemed more engaged in personal conversations rather than attending to guests, which affected the overall service experience. Due to these reasons, I eventually left the outlet without placing any food order.

Food was pathetic. Today I went in evening. I ordered platter. Pathetic only full of raw cabbage and capsicum. Chowing was dried without veggies.pathetic. not recommended. As I spent money, it's wasted.

Total waste of money. Ordered masal dosa see the images below. Even the staff deny the orders while they have everything to prepare.

Ji aapke yaha par khana bahut achcha hai

The food is not good. They GAVE the LEFTOVER. We ordered "idli sambar" and "masala dosa". I didn't got my order for 40 mins and they were trying to give us the leftover of idli which was cold and not eatable at all. And the sasa I ordered was not cooked properly. VERY BAD FOOD DELIVERED. I advise NOT TO GO.
