Had a great experience at Bikanerwala. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming, and the quality of food is excellent. The chole bhature were especially delicious—fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. The chai was also very good and perfectly brewed. Special mention to Chanchal Singh for providing good service and ensuring a comfortable experience. Overall, a great place for quality food and a nice ambiance. 👍

Store is really big, lot of seating space. All options are vegetarian. Got mithai which were really delicious, definitely would recommend this place

The so called "Mast mornings" menu charges doesn't apply. If asked at billing counter, they tell the owner has changed the offer. Then why the hell the same menu persists at counter as well as dining hall. I pointed out and asked specifically from "Mast mornings" menu, the waiter didn't have any idea about the "changed discount".. To the owner, Why do you keep old menu when the revised offers are different? Why are your staff unknown about the changed offer? If they tell us while ordering, we can make an informed decision.. On top of it all, the service is slower than a tortoise.!!! Major improvements needed else this branch will degrade.. PS: I'm not commenting based on one visit.. visited multiple times over the past many months.

Today I visited Bikanervala and ordered the Deluxe Thali (₹380). The taste was above average, but the quantity was extremely disappointing — just 2 rotis and about 6 spoons of rice, which is not even enough for one person. For this price, the portion size is definitely not worth it. And the irony is their Service, we had to go to the waiter ourselves just to ask for menu and water.

Bikaner is one of the must visit place in Jammu along the Akhnoor high. Friendly staff and amazing food. Special thanks to Ms. Sudharshna for making us feel at home. Will be visiting the place again soon.

After a long time, I visited the restaurant with six family members for dinner and got a very bad experience. Just wastage of money. Third-class dinner. Very poor service and the smell of the toilet on the ground floor.

I arranged a retirement party here and it was really smooth.. the arrangements were good and the catering was good. Guests were impressed by the decorations and the management was really nice..

They dont care for customers. They took around 1.5 hour to cook my order when they themselves asked for 45 minutes to cook the order. On inquiring they quoted the reason as sir we forgot to start preparation. Utter disappointed. Shame on team Bikanerwala Jammu

Bakbas khana hai. Koi test nahi hai. Makki ki roti bilkul kachchi serve ki. Amount charge kiya 313.00 jabki khana bilkul bekar tha.

Ordered Rasmalai from the restaurant and found it quite disgusting. Nowhere near the traditional Rasmalai, no taste and aroma. Dipped in milky water with added sugar. I would advise others to think twice before ordering Rasmalai from this restaurant.

They have a hotel and restaurant attached, hotel rates are okay but food is little on the higher side, taste is good 👍 service can do much better, people are very helpful, I would recommend this place ❤
