I booked an apartment through Booking.com that is independently managed, and unfortunately, it was a bad experience. The host’s name is “Jacuzzi Escape | 2BR in Business.
Positives:
• The staff were supportive and responsive.
• The apartment was clean and had nice facilities.
However, I still rate my stay 2 stars only for the following reasons:
1. Not enough power outlets.
2. The entire apartment had only three small trash bins.
3. No mirrors on the dressing tables in the bedrooms.
4. The bathroom in the master bedroom had a strong sewage smell with no ventilation or window.
5. The air conditioning was humid and did not work properly, even after multiple maintenance requests.
6. On the second day, there was a complete power outage for about three hours.
Overall, it was a bad experience, and I hold Booking.com partially responsible. If I hadn’t already paid the full amount, I would have left the property.
