Trillionaire Residences By Binghatti

Ich bin gerade in Dubai gewesen und war dort wohnhaft für 6 Tage: Ich verstehe diese Bewertungen gar nicht :D Das Haus ist schön, die Location ist top- direkt am Fluss- man kann wunderbar spazieren. Der Pool ist einladend und sauber. Das Zimmer war großartig mit Blick auf den Burj und ein Jacuzzi war auch noch auf dem Balkon- das war purer Spaß.

Absoluut vermijden – extreem onveilig Ik raad dit appartement ten zeerste af. Tijdens mijn verblijf heb ik mij geen moment veilig gevoeld. Bij het zwembad is een zwaar object (ruim 2 kilo) van de 15e/16e verdieping naar beneden gevallen als gevolg van een grove fout van een schoonmaakmedewerker. Dit voorwerp kwam op enkele centimeters langs het hoofd van mijn medereiziger. Dit had zonder enige twijfel fataal kunnen aflopen. Wat dit incident nog schrijnender maakt, is de manier waarop hiermee is omgegaan. De situatie werd totaal niet serieus genomen. Er was geen adequate opvolging, geen verantwoordelijkheid en geen gevoel van urgentie. Het werd afgedaan met een nonchalant “sorry, dit zal niet meer gebeuren”, alsof het om een klein ongemak ging in plaats van een levensgevaarlijke situatie. Een vakantie hoort ontspannend en veilig te zijn. In plaats daarvan heeft dit incident een enorme impact gehad en is mijn vakantie volledig verpest. Wat een fijne ervaring had moeten zijn, is veranderd in een traumatische gebeurtenis die eenvoudig voorkomen had kunnen worden. Mocht je ondanks deze waarschuwing toch overwegen hier te verblijven: blijf dan uit de buurt van het zwembad en neem geen enkel risico. Je veiligheid lijkt hier duidelijk geen prioriteit te zijn. NIET AAN TE RADEN. ONVERANTWOORD. ONVEILIG.

Wir waren ende Februar bis mitte März in diesem Appartement. Die Lage ist super zu Fuss hat man 30min zur Dubai Mall. Am Kanal entlang gibt es viele gute Restaurants. Wir haben unser Zimmer über Airbnb gebucht und es ist von Anfang bis Ende alles super gegangen. Man bekamm Türcode über WhatsApp und stand immer mit dem Manager Jafar in Verbindung. Das Zimmer war genau wie auf den Bilder gross sauber und genügend Platz. Der Poolbereich war gut sowie das eigene Gym. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft und vorallem auch den Services den Herr Jafar uns geboten hat. Man konnte ihm immer schreiben und bekam gleich einen antworten.

Wat een grote teleurstelling is dit hotel geweest. Mijn maat was bijna dood. Een voorwerp van zeker 2 kilogram kwam vanaf de 15e verdieping naar beneden vallen, het scheelde niks of hij was op hem gevallen en hij was dood geweest. De operator en het personeel heeft het incident niet eens geregistreerd en doet net of dat er niks gebeurd is. De volgende dag komt er iemand aan de deur van de security en verteld dit zal niet meer gebeuren en bied zijn excuses aan. Meer kan hij niet doen zegt hij. Hij heeft zware psychische schade opgelopen en durft niet meer veilig naar buiten. Als ik 1 advies mag geven, ga hier nooit naar toe. Ze zijn niet inlevend en ze willen net doen of dat er niks gebeurd is. Ook hadden wij 2 dagen koud water en 3 dagen een jacuzzi waar het water aan alle kanten uitkwam. Meerdere malen gemeld bij de receptie ook hier werd niks mee gedaan. MIJN ADVIES GA HIER NOOIT NAAR TOE. Ik heb nog nooit zoiets meegemaakt. Echt onacceptabel.

My check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and there was still one hour left. I informed the reception that I would go to the restaurant while the apartment was being prepared and asked them to send my luggage to the room when it was ready. Shockingly, the reception refused and told me to leave my bags outside in the street. This is unacceptable, unsafe, and very unprofessional. This experience made me feel very uncomfortable as a guest.

Awful building, looks nice and all but the quality is very bad. You can literally hear all the other apartments next to you. The elevator beep you hear non stop from the room which is 10meters away. The receptionist lady was not very kind plus had zero flexibility. I wanted to leave my suitcase there until I grabbed a coffee before my flight. Good to know why not to invest in Binghatti!

There is no clean place to pick up and drop off here.

Elevators are so hot not possible to breath there, why ac doesn't work? Please fix that , it's like sauna, fire alarm on the floor was working at night for hours and no one did anything, I asked Ion ( security guy) to help me w luggage and he just said no, that's so rude and unprofessional

Ik zou hier nooit meer komen ook als je mij 10000€ zou geven ik kwam hier in hele onveilige situaties waar ik helemaal niet verwacht van Dubai

I booked an apartment through Booking.com that is independently managed, and unfortunately, it was a bad experience. The host’s name is “Jacuzzi Escape | 2BR in Business. Positives: • The staff were supportive and responsive. • The apartment was clean and had nice facilities. However, I still rate my stay 2 stars only for the following reasons: 1. Not enough power outlets. 2. The entire apartment had only three small trash bins. 3. No mirrors on the dressing tables in the bedrooms. 4. The bathroom in the master bedroom had a strong sewage smell with no ventilation or window. 5. The air conditioning was humid and did not work properly, even after multiple maintenance requests. 6. On the second day, there was a complete power outage for about three hours. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I hold Booking.com partially responsible. If I hadn’t already paid the full amount, I would have left the property.

Unprofessional and Disrespectful Security Staff I had a very unpleasant experience with the security personnel named Johny at the reception. The guard was extremely rude, unhelpful, and behaved in a disrespectful manner. Instead of assisting visitors with courtesy, he was dismissive and spoke in an aggressive tone. Security staff are the first point of contact, behaviour behaviour reflects on the entire establishment. Unfortunately, this individual made the environment hostile rather than welcoming. Advice to Management:Improve staff professionalism or replace them with courteous personnel. Visitors deserve better!

Very disappointed unrespectful greet service. So Please i recommend you no need to visit this kind of the building the staff have very bad behaviour and very very bad service so kindly don't waste your time

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this building during a morning visit. The security staff were rude and unwelcoming. I was told not to sit on the lobby sofa because “if the owner sees, it’ll be a problem.” I was quietly waiting and not causing any disturbance, so this treatment felt completely unnecessary and disrespectful. When I asked for their names, both the female staff member and the male security guard on duty refused to share them. On top of that, neither of them wore name tags, making it impossible to know who they were. This lack of professionalism and accountability is shocking. People like this have absolutely no clue about hospitality, and it’s sad to see them representing this great country in such a negative way. I honestly wonder how individuals like this are even hired to handle front-line guest interactions. I hope the management takes this seriously and addresses how their staff treat visitors — with proper training and standards that reflect the values of respect and hospitality.

Building is nice good quality but management and security is very rude low service

Cada día es un martirio con el tema del gas. No puede ser posible que cada día tengan que cortar el servicio de gas en TODO el edificio y sin solución, siempre dicen que es porque sonó una alarma, pero entonces deberían controlar bien el tema de la electricidad si es que tienen miedo a que vaya a suceder un incendio! El peor edificio de todos los tiempos sin dudas ha sido este! Y el tema del gas ni hablar, la gente no puede cocinar tranquila en casa sin tener que tomar en cuenta que en cualquier momento el gas se va a ir y dejará hecha su comida a medias! Es irrespetuoso e invivible estar así cada día! SOLUCIÓN YA A ESTE PROBLEMA!!
