I recently attended an interview with Bismi. I waited from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM for my interview, but there was no update or guidance from HR. I also tried following up via WhatsApp, but did not receive any reply. I hope Bismi improves its interview process and candidate communication in the future.

Al ain especially town center branch Very poor service.Staff is very ill .Every day delivery comes late and the staff at town center al ain branch is not helpful at all. Rather they misbehave when we ask the reason for late delivery. If they are not able to delivered on time they don't take order directly say we are unable to deliver.1/0 service off all the bismi services if I contact head office for complaint against them they are unable to talk about they say we don't know about it. This is not a good way to run a company you must be to hire a professional staff.

We placed a shipment order for 5 containers and were very disappointed with the service we received. The staff were unprofessional and communication was extremely poor. I contacted the company via the phone number and WhatsApp listed on their website, but each employee kept redirecting me to someone else. Eventually, I was given an email to contact Mr. Sherif, but unfortunately, he hasn't responded either. It’s frustrating to see a company running advertising campaigns while failing to support its existing customers. I truly hope they improve their communication and customer service.

Very poor service. And no value of customers. Staff is very ill mannered. We have a restaurant in Ras al khor and we take stuff from bismi. Every day delivery comes late and the staff at al aweer branch is not helpful at all. Rather they misbehave when we ask the reason for late delivery. We have left with no other choice but to stop taking stuff from them.
