A comfortable, quiet hotel with good service. My room lacked a landline telephone. Sometimes I needed coffee and had to go to the lounge. Other times I preferred to have my coffee in my room. When I ordered it via WhatsApp, there’s no response. WiFi very bad . The room was not very clean; it was covered in dust around the fridge The furniture was old and the hotel needs to be renovated by skilled hands. I was happy with my stay, about the location but doesn’t mean very deluxe. , constructive criticism is necessary. , The cafeteria had good delicious breakfast. The manager Goran helped me extend my stay with good deals He was very helpful, kind, and respectful, and the booking was exactly as stated on the official website. However, one of the staff members, Ibrahim, interfered excessively, imposed his own desicion charged me 53,000 Iraqi dinars which is too much for few hours ,for my last night when I checked out of the hotel at 12:00 AM, which that’s really bothered me . Thank you so much, Hussein and Noor, for your generosity and kindness. The service was good, and the hotel was comfortable and quiet, but not that much clean to be honest. "SCAM REPORT" Pay attention everyone After driving for 600km trip with a family of 3 adults and 2 babies The property owner canceled the the reservation although I made it before two days and got three email confirming it. He started talking rubbish and didn't respect and didn't enev sorry for his mistake or provide any solution. I will definitely sue that guy. Note: I reached the hotel 1 hour before the time not late or anything. And I have all the supporting emails.

الفندق متوسط والاستقبال جيد....لم تقدم لنا وجبة افطار رغم وجودها ضمن اشتراطات السكن الموضحه في تطبيق بوكنك....لايوجد ممر خاص لكبار السن واصحاب الاعاقه عند مدخل الفندق

I walked in the front door to see if the air inside was smoke-free enough for me. NOPE, it was too smoky. Went next door - great...UNTIL after I checked in, then I'm stuck. The location and price I negotiated with them make up for it, though.

Very good customer service, the staff were really kind and helpful. We felt at home during our stay. Definitely recommend this hotel!

فندق سيئ جداً جدا جدا مع الأسف اعتمدت على تقييمات الآخرين و اجيت عليه، كانما كاعد بمكان ملوث الريحة و التراب و عدم الاهتمام و كانما المكان صار سنه محد منضفه من كل قلبه ، كتلهم بس اريد تبديل الجرجف كالي ب 7 الصبح هاي الحجي ساعه 10 بالليل يكلي باجر ب 7 لان المخزن مغلق ، يابه عليه مي شلون انام يكلي يله راح احاول و ما تبدل و ما تبدل و بالنسبة للخلاط مال مغسله يعني هاي الصوره موجوده شلون ممكن واحد يحط ايده و يغسل ؟؟؟، الباب أصلا مهطله و واكعه ! و الغرفه حيييل وصخه

The service at this hotel was amazing and went beyond our expectations. The staff were very caring and professional, always trying to make us feel comfortable and happy. They were kind and respectfu, and it truly felt like being at home. The hotel itself was very clean, and everything was organized with great attention to detail to create a perfect atmosphere. It was an excellent experience with great service, quality, and care — truly deserving of praise.

الحمد لله، فندق وخدمة ممتازان، نظيف جدًا. غرفة واسعة. سعر ممتاز. طاقم عمل متعاون ومرن للغاية (يعمل طوال الليل والصباح). يهتمون بالنزلاء ولا يهتمون بالمال. الضيف أولاً، أمثلة كثيرة لا يسعني ذكرها: + حجزتُ غرفة مزدوجة، ولم تكن متوفرة، فمنحوني غرفة ثلاثية بإطلالة على الشارع بدون أي سعر إضافي. + سعر تقريبي لراحة النزلاء. + قدّموا لي العديد من زجاجات المياه مجانًا. + طبعوا وثيقة ملونة الساعة العاشرة مساءً بدون أي سعر إضافي. Alhamdulil Allah Excellent hotel and service, very clean. Spacious room. Very good price. Very flexible and helpful staff (all night and morning staff. They care about guest and don't care about money. Guest comes first, example s (too many to mention): + I booked a double room, it was not available, the gave triple bed room with street view at no additional price + Rounded price to guest favor + Provided me with many water bottles at no price + Printed colored document at 10 PM without any price Highly recommended

أفضل فندق في أربيل وأنصح به بشدة، الفطور لذيذ جداً بصراحة ونظيف ومنوع من الفواكه للكيمر للبيض والخ، أحيانا أفكر ان احجز ليلة فقط لآكل في البوفيه ههه. التعامل ممتاز، متعاونين جداً، قضيت اسبوع كامل بدون اي مشاكل سوى انقطاع الكهرب المتكرر لفترات قصيرة والانترنت الضعيف أحياناً. بالمجمل انصح به، قيمة مقابل سعر ممتازة.

感謝耶穌。讓我找到這酒店。這酒店六樓的餐廳擁有不錯的景觀，附近有一座大型商場，也有多間超級市場和找換店，且酒店位置靠近機場，是一個可靠的旅遊據點。

Everything about my stay was perfect. The staff were super friendly, the service was great, and the whole experience was amazing. Everything was very clean and tidy. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back again!

This might well be the best hotel. Their employees absolutely go the extra mile for their guests. I arrived here badly injured. They arranged everything from a room to medical attention and even supplied transport for my vehicle which I could no longer operate. The manager, Goran, is like a brother from the moment I arrived. Besides that the hotel is clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Truly the best and cheapest hotel in erbil. The workers are friendly the rooms are clean and the breakfast is delicious. I've stayed here multiple times with my family and they've been consistently good. For almost the same price I stayed in a different hotel that had bad air conditioning, bad beds and not so clean rooms. Highly recommend.

BEYOND friendly people they were so respectful that you got shy away from all the things they do honestly one of the best hotels ive stayed only because the staff was so kind our interactions was the most with mr Ibrahim he was so kind i and respectful this hotel was also very family friendly i loved my stay alot and again a big thank you to the whole staff!
