I recently visited this sweet shop, and the variety of treats exceeded my expectations. The flavors were delightful, showcasing the shop's commitment to quality ingredients. While the food was excellent, there was a slight delay in service. Despite this, the friendly staff and delicious offerings made the experience worthwhile.

I visited B’Laban and tried the Fazea. The flavour was pleasant, but the texture leaned much more towards a creamy dessert than a cake, which isn’t quite my preference. Overall, I feel that B’Laban may not be the ideal spot for my taste. That said, the service was exceptional — the staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which added a very positive touch to the experience.

Had the fazea chocolate cake and the lotus qashtota from b laban. Both were too good and tasty. The standard chocolate cake was also big and it’s a must try for all chocolate lovers with a lot of layers and it’s covered with chocochips. The qashotota I got was the flavour lotus which was also really tasty. Their desserts are available in a very good quantity. They have regular offers in food delivery apps. Look out for very good offers.

As for me B.Laban is the best desserts that can be. it doesn’t similar with another ones. You need to try it and you will be the regular client,I promise🤪 Our bestsellers are Dabadibo mango and Cheese bomb. The ice creams are very high quality also-when we come with my daughters the B.Laban guys always treat them with different tastes of ice creams-so nice🤗 They also have Dubai chocolate of their own production-also very tasty! B.Laban is ONE ❤️

I am extremely disappointed with the service of Blaban store. When ordering delivery, the composition and quantity of ingredients significantly differ from what you receive when purchasing directly in the store. The ingredients are not provided in full quantity, which affects the quality of the product and the overall customer experience. I consider this practice unacceptable. A customer should receive the same product regardless of whether it is purchased in-store or ordered for delivery. I do not recommend ordering delivery. This is not the first time this has happened.

From Egypt to Dubai! The authentic sweetness of B Laban in Egypt has brought down to Dubai and their Sweet tooth desserts are amazing and worth paying for. Their Mango Qashtuta and De Paris were the best for us. The staffs are all so amazing and friendly! Easy to enggage with! Hope they open a branch in Dubai Marina and JBR. It will be a big hit! 10/10

Dessert heaven! I have never seen such big/huge portions of desserts esp loaded with so much amount of chocolate/pistachio/nutella sauces and dryfruits esp pistachio. My husband wanted to try their fazea chocolate cake. I wanted to try something different so I ordered milk cake with pistachio and lotus biscoff sauce. Quantity was insane. Even after sharing within a group of 4 more than half was remaining. I really liked the milk as it was melting in mouth but the sweetness was overwhelming and I couldn't eat more than 2-3 bites. Even husband felt the same abt chocolate cake. Nxt we tried their cream del crema.. It had milk cake layered with kunafa, fresh strawberries and simmered in pistachio and nutella sauce. Again massive quantity. But we liked the milk cake more than this dish. They also serve crepes i guess. We saw them placing an entire thick chocolate bar on the crepe.. Letting it melt a little and covering it up.. Pls take a group of 5-6 ppl minimum to this place.

I do like their desserts but sadly the entire experience is very confusing. It’s very hard to pronounce or remember the menu items as a non-Arabic speaker, and the staff’s energy is just so so low and negative every single time I’ve visited this place. And I’ve been here about 8-9 times. Just put descriptions on everything and simplify your menu layout, and please let the staff know it’s okay to be friendly and make recommendations for those of us who haven’t memorized all the funky names yet.

I m a driver i go there for my order for pickup and then the dispatcher is small and thick boy I don't know name he say not ready wait I said OK but after that I get warning late pickup because they mark ready so same time my friend came there for order i m talking with them your staff dispatcher abuse me in Arabic language I understand what he say after I say don't abuse i understand then manager came he say wait wait what happened what happened then manger said to him don't talk with anyone just give them orders and after that sir my order items is ready front of Me after me two persons come and he give them he didn't give me he take revenge he give me order after 35 mints. So sir I humble request you hire a valuable educated and experienced staff don't hire abusers and attitude ego man's please sir and also manager is friend of all he didn't anything to them so sir I humble request you please teach them how to do work or hire a experienced staff thanks alot

J’ai testé cette chaîne de desserts et j’ai vraiment apprécié ! C’était très bon et le rapport qualité‑prix est vraiment correct. J’ai goûté deux desserts et les deux étaient réussis. Je recommande !

Yeah, this shop is definitely recommended for those who crave sugar. But if you're on a diet or not a fan of very sweet desserts, you might want to stay far away from this place! Even two bites feel like a death by sugar experience.Honestly, it’s not my cup of tea but my sisters and brother loved it since they’re real sugar lovers. I don’t prefer sugary stuff much, so I just had around three to four bites. We ordered one tub for four people, and honestly, that’s more than enough! After a few bites, I was like, “I can’t, I can’t have more of this.It’s just too sweet for me. Maybe two or three bites are fine to taste, but beyond that, it’s overwhelming. Anyway, that’s strictly my opinion it might be everyone else’s cup of tea, but it’s definitely not mine.

Ordered through Talabat. The lady finger biscuits were extremely dry and not at all soaked in milk/cream. Even worse, the mangos on the top were rotten and almost black. Refer the pictures attached.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff were not friendly at all, and the way they treated customers was very poor. It was very clear that they only showed respect and attention to Arabic customers. As an Indian, I was not even considered or acknowledged properly. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I will not be visiting again and do not recommend this place to anyone. Don't even feel like having it anymore.

Omg what decant desserts! We ordered the Dubai cheese bomb and the mango koshari and both were super delicious. The cheese bomb is small but is too rich for one person to finish. The mango koshari portion is also huge. Both were delicious!

We saw on the internet the non ending queue of Talabat riders waiting for their orders in front of B'laban Al Barsha, and because we never tried it before, we decided to order and see why many people were posting about it. We placed an order through Talabat, and it turned out that they have a special offer in collaboration with Talabat, Alhaloulwani, a combination of 4 specialties packed in a special Ramadan box. The price was affordable, and the delivery was super fast. The packaging, including the bag, was super nice, packed with Ramadan vibes. As for the taste, honestly, only the Almaziya stands out compared to the others.

Had an amazingly unique experience 👌 Desserts were really good. It will take a moment to understand the whole concept. Overall really good. We had pistachio- they were loaded with them. Matilda cake, honestly its just brownies and chocolate ice cream, not worth the hype. Umm Ali was decent. Super package was Super Delux, little did we know about the giant size.. totally worth it. Had good fun, high-quality and welcoming.
