I had the pleasure of living in Les Maison Blanches for a full year, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. This residential complex is a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and community living—ideally suited for families seeking a safe and well-rounded environment. Beautiful property, and that’s about it, but move in here at your own risk if you don’t want to feel like you’re paying for a guarded prison. The amount of ridiculous rules they come up with on the spot, harrasing our maids and nannies and god forbid you have young children, those are far from welcome here.

Look nice designing houses. Wall painted colours Reich looks. Very quiet area and close to gulf ground. Super market also available. Good Parking area.

Very modern styled apartments, new Ariston appliances. Good facilities maintenance services. Excellent amenities, pool, exercise room convenience store.

Beautiful compound, great location, prices not that great unless you are willing to pay for the look and the view.

Nice compound with very poor quality of management! Nothing has been done since we moved, that was promised. We moved to the apartment with dirty and damaged furniture, that was promised will be replaced within 2 weeks and since March nothing happened. Windows have never been cleaned.

Among the best compounds in Qatar, Containing amazing facilities such as the sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, Olympic size swimming pool with 3 sections, one for general swimming which reaches approximately 1.5m, a kiddie pool separated with a barrier that is barely .5m deep reaching just below an average adult's knee, and a 1m deep part to allow inexperienced swimmers to practice without fear or even experienced swimmers the freedom to have fun with a ball or some other pool toy. There is also an amazingly well stocked gym having many cardio machines including but not limited to : treadmills, Stair master, Bike, Elliptical machine. There is also many machines to help build muscles all over the body from the legs to the shoulders to the biceps. Increasingly there is also a sizable tennis court which allows for people to relax as they play casually or even practice for a tournament as their are trainers you can hire that will help you in the gym or even in the court getting better at tennis. There is also a great football court which is used by everyone in the compound and is regularly used for tournaments and friendly matches between the children, teenagers, and even the adults. Furthermore, there are new basketball hoops which you can use to play basketball with friends or even practice alone. There is also a pickle ball court you can use with a group of your friends. There are also some games for the casual players like table tennis and foosball. As for food, there is a pizzeria which is in the middle of the compound that sells the largest pizza in the middle east and their is a small corner store which you can go to stock up on groceries to hold you off until you go shopping. If that isnt enough for you, there's more, The location is fantastic, being next to one of the largest malls in the middle east, the marina and near to crescent park this is a great place to call home.

Lived there for 3 years in a villa. Maintenance is very poorly done. Completely reactive and not proactive. For example the AC system isn’t cleaned on a schedule but only if you complain and then it isn’t done well. Another problem we experienced is when we had workers come to do maintenance they are under equipped with tools and supplies- examples included a workers drill didn’t have a plug so he inserted the bare wires into the receptacle, another worked borrowed materials and tools from me to do the repairs and I could give many more examples. Another concern in this compound is mold, particularly in the apartment buildings. We had many friends in these buildings and the smell in the front entrance alone was very strong of dirt. Friends in another building showed us photos after they complained multiple times maintenance cleaned the ducts and the black mold they removed was insane. Very unhealthy. I could go on with many other examples so my point is don’t be fooled by a large pool and good location- do your due diligence and ask these questions and even consult current residents for their pros and cons.

A very quiet and community friendly environment

Maison has very luxurious facilities, sporting a nice pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, courts and gym. This is a very grand a nice compound to live in however the maintenance staff seem to be quite slow and incompetent. The apartments are aesthetic but many habe experienced plumbing issues. The villas ok the otherhand are spectacular.

It’s very peaceful and the swimming pool is huge most of the people I know live there as well. What a coincidence!

One of the best living compound I’ve seen in Qatar whether it’s to the Security the high and finish of the buildings or the facilities. Amazing if I didn’t have a house I would be living here.

The exterior design of the villas, apartment buildings and other facilities is exceptional. You will not find a compound looking this good in Qatar. However, once you move in, you’ll find out you have STAGNANT WATER in the shower as the tiling is not done properly. All washrooms and Front porch area for Villas have a consistent FOUL SMELL from the drain for Both apartments and villas.

Very good compound. As residents, we are only facing problems with the maintenance as it's very poor. the maintenance team is not listening. it's a shame
