Great place, very well equipped. Amazing, professional and friendly coach. Offers variety of group classes.

Staff are absolutely lovely, i love the vibe of this place, it creates a safe community where you can feel comfortable and also work hard thanks to the coaches. Definitely recommend this gym if you’re nearby especially, they do PT along with group classes and have a daily schedule set with multiple timings so it’s never over packed. Things to note though: It isn’t very big since obviously it’s in an apartment, It’s 18+ ( at the moment) And is only for women.
