Important for Traders switching or want to use this broker: 1. Genuinity - 0 star as while opening I was told by their manager regarding desktop trading terminal support and demo. Which no one did team members were just putting me in a circle of their representatives. With no solutions. (Call after call with 6 different representatives followed by MAIL and back again to square one). 2. Software quality: Mobile app lags if the user load increases , with same backend it will increase the latency causing delays. Playstore reviews seem to be paid or from their team and are misleading. 3. Customer service: Calls are picked just to pass on but the issue troubleshooting and one stop solution isn't present. 4. RM: Even though the RM has good follow up, They push you to use their MTF leverage facilities. So to all new traders please stay away from any tips or recommendations do your own assessment risk management, the people recommending you will never take any responsibility for any capital loss remember to be smart. Leverage works both ways* *Kindly don't pay in advance check for 2/3 days then you can select any of their plan* As a trader I don't recommend this app even for scalping or algos plus they don't seem to have any dedicated desktop trading terminal as per my experience. For geniune traders: I know brokerage reduces the monthly returns but I will choose a good broker and robust trading terminal anyday over this. Good tools are extremely important for a long and prosperous trading journey.

Very pathetic app , at peak time durring intradays , mostly this App hangs and on main day this app dosent work …this app server is very weak , not good for intradays and scalpings …very bad experience and brokerage also high

Hopeless service. Once amount credited they don't bother also. Send that document is wrong not having this. God saved , I didn't do any trade, as it is taking 15 days to open my derivative and option commodity account.

Hello i had worst experience in account opening process ...they charge me for acc opening nd later no one taking call ..all fake please save time and money dnt open account for zero brokerage..I am in acc process for last 20 days and no response all fake ....m sendg mail to sebi online for cheating...

JUST RUN AWAY FROM THIS STUPID AND PATHETIC AND MONEY SUCKING APP. FIRST, THE ONBOARDING, IT TOOK A WEEK, AND SEVERAL EMAIL EXCHANGES TO MAKE IT WORK. THE APP JUST SAID COULDN'T FIND CLIENT ID. WHAT KIND OF ENGINEERING TEAM AND STUPID PLATFORM WAS THAT. JUST TO GET IN, I NEED TO WRITE MANY EMAILS AND WAIT A WEEK. NEXT, NOTHING WORKS AND MANY ARE "WORK IN PROCESS", YOU WILL JUST SEE ONLY PLACEHOLDERS AND NOTHING IN THE APP WORKS. IF YOU JUST PLACE ANY ORDERS , IT WILL THROW ERROR AND YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO PLACE A SIMPLE BUY|SELL ORDER AND IT SAYS THE PRODUCT NOT AVAILABLE. WHAT THE HECK?
