I am beyond impressed with this floral arrangement. The flowers were so fresh and fragrant that they almost didn't look real! My husband frequently surprises me with flowers, and he takes the time to personally choose every stem that goes into the bouquet. The combination of orchids and roses was breathtaking and stayed looking 'alive' and vibrant for a long time. I also loved the packaging—it came in a high-quality, durable bag that I’ve decided to keep, and the card was a lovely touch (as always with his sweet message). While it is on the pricier side, the quality justifies the cost for a special occasion. A huge thanks to the florist and my thoughtful husband!

This was such an easy transaction to communicate what we wanted for flowers and on a time crunch. They did an amazing job and accommodated all of our wishes. Thank you for the quick service. Will definitely order flowers again.

I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. The flowers I received were all purple and completely different from the picture which were pink. Also the flowers were old and not fresh. I was expecting a much nicer bouquet given them price.

الطلب كان باقه ورد اللي اعتب عليه شي واحد فقط فيه عندهم بكج لكن م يسوو زيه يعني اهم يرجعوا ينسقوا لك شي من عندهم والمتوفر وهذي نقطه يرجى مراجعتها لكن الموظفه متعاونه الله يسعدها وتساعدنا لين اخترنا تنسيق مرتب بالاضافه الكيس الاخضر الغامق حرفيا خرب جماليه الورد خليتهم يغيرون الكيسه للون الافتح وطلع شكلها اجمل بكثير الصوره اليسار اللي غيرتها اليمين اللي استلمتها

Bliss used to be my go-to floral boutique, but their quality and service have dropped. Two years ago, their bouquets lasted two weeks.. now the hydrangeas I received looked dead the next morning (my home is 24°C). I also ordered a gift bouquet, and it looked carelessly arranged. To make it worse, they contacted me as the recipient, even though I had already provided the correct details.

المحل جميل و مرتب العمالة ممتازين السعر مبالغ فيه جدًا بشكل غير طبيعي أكثر من 100٪ الورد اللي الغصن الواحد عند غيرهم ب15 و 35 و 50 عندهم ب35 و 75 و 145 أقل سعر للباقة 350 أخذتها و أشوف انها تسوى 250 فقط الخدمة و المكان لا تبرر هذي المبالغة

المكان الافخم والارقى للورد في الرياض اخبراً جا محل يكسر غرور زهرة الربيع وينافسه في الاسعار 👍🏻 الاسعار متفاوته بس اشوف السعر مقابل الخدمه والفخامه جداً معقول يعني تسوي باقه ب400 تكون مليانه وفخمه في المقابل محلات الورد الثانيه مستحيل تلاقي بهالسعر شي حلو ووردد غريب ومختلف 👌🏻 والعاملين جداً لطيفين ومتعاونين بالذات الاخت ريما يعطيها العافيه🤍 من تقريباً 4 شهور وانا معتمدتهم لمناسباتي 🤍

Genuinely disappointed by the quality of flowers that I received❌they had been wilted within an hour of delivery. I contacted customer service which provided me with pictures of the bouquet pre-delivery saying it is not their fault. Absolutely no way of apology or compensation, not even a discount code for future use although I stated I'm an old customer. The management needs to level up their customer service! I am a florist and I know well that flower quality is not to be determined by a pre-delivery "photo" only.

محل ورد مختلف جداً تدخله ما ودك تطلع منه يتميز بأنواع ورد غير دارجة في بقية محلات الورد أعجبني ديكور المحل ورحابة صدر الموظفين صممت بوكيه داخل كيسة المحل لتكون باقة ورد ووضعت بها هديتي وأعجبني أيضاً طريقة طباعة الكرت غير التقليدية السعر 400 ريال وأراه منطقي جداً لهذه التحفة الفنية
