Stayed here for a night on our way back to Goa from Sikkim. The hotel is right on the highway which is very convenient for people travelling on the road. Well maintained hotel. They got a swimming pool and a non vegetarian restaurant. Overall a good place to stay in Bihar. Ample Parking space is available.

Is room ka rent jis hisaab se liya ja raha hai, wo bilkul justified nahi hai — price kaafi zyada hai compared to service. Hotel ka staff bhi professional nahi laga. Unko khud police ka dar lag raha tha, to wo customer ki safety aur comfort kya handle karenge, ye samajh aa gaya. Maine proper original bill maanga, lekin unhone sirf hand-written bill diya — jo kaafi suspicious laga. Aaj ke time me proper printed bill dena basic expectation hota hai. Service overall bahut hi poor thi. Cleanliness aur behavior dono hi disappointing tha. Sabse concerning baat ye lagi ki mujhe room me hidden camera hone ka doubt hua — jo ki bahut serious issue hai aur bilkul unacceptable hai. Overall experience bahut bura raha. Main kisi ko bhi ye hotel recommend nahi karunga. ❌ Not recommended

Blue Diamond Resort is located in Muzaffarpur, Bihar. I went there for the first time on 21st December 2025. There was a Khatu Sayaam Jagran organized by Arzi Saave, I really liked it. After that, the food was prepared without garlic and onion, which was very good. I liked everything in the resort very much. I went there for the first time and I liked it so much that I am planning to get my sister engaged there.

The rooms are very spacious. Hygiene & cleanliness maintained. All basic amenities are provided. Enjoyed the dinner served. The staff is very helpful. When we were about to leave early in the morning for bagdogra, the guard alerted us that we had a flat tyre. As it was early morning there was no mechanic available. 3-4 of the staff people helped in changing the tyre. Congratulations: As pointed out earlier too by other travellers, they need to use good linens. Bed sheet had holes & there was no cover on the blanket.

Excellent experience! The food was delicious, fresh, and well presented. The service was very fast and the staff were polite and helpful. The restaurant was clean and had a great atmosphere. I really enjoyed my visit and highly recommend this place to everyone. Definitely a 5-star experience!”

Poor or worst management and service. No water supply till 1 hr of checkin despite of late checkin due to 4 hr train delay. Hotel staff and manager were arrogant and gave different excuses for different issues faced. Washroom comode was faulty and flush was not working. Morning tea was ok but no biscuits or cookies served with tea. Breakfast was terrible, instead of proper breakfast menu, tandoori roti with shimla mirch and paneer sabzi served. Had to wait for 10-15 minutes to get another piece of roti or more sabi. No salad sweet or curd served. Rooms were ok in size but overall experience was worst than a small hotel without any star rating. This property being a 4-star charged hefty amount but terribly failed to provide 4-star service.

It is a spacious wedding resort. I needed a place to spend the night on the highway on the outskirts of Muzaffarpur. Blue Diamond Resort is conveniently located. There was no function that night so no noise. Popular restaurant attached. Good price.

The restaurant is exceptionally nice offering delicious and hygienic food at an affordable price. The restrooms are also very well maintained.

Dinning at Blue Diamond was a delightful experience from start to finish. Quality of food and Overall ambiance are good.

This highway hotel near Muzzafarpur, Bihar is great value for money for people travelling east - west on the highway. Restaurant has a good range of menu. Ample parking space, well laid out rooms with great airconditioning. Cleanliness and hygiene is top notch. Recommended for quick stopover or relaxing break.

A good restaurant with delicious food. Ambience was great. Food was great. Service is not as fast as you like but it's fine when you are on road trip.

I had high expectations for this restaurant given its 4-star rating, but unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The food was bland, poorly cooked, and didn’t match the descriptions on the menu. To make matters worse, the hospitality was disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive, and it took ages to get basic service like water refills or even the check. The ambiance was decent, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. For a restaurant with such high ratings, the quality of food and service needs serious improvement. Definitely not worth the hype or the price.

Its a resort situated at Muzaffarpur Darbhanga National Highway. It has restaurant which serves premium meals. The ambience of the restaurant is amazing and lighting is great. Have huge Parking space. Quality of food is excellent. Washroom is clean and hygienic.

Be cautious of the reception staff when booking a room.8 November 2025 I was overcharged for the room the actual price was ₹3308 but the reception staff charged me ₹4000 When I was checking out, there was a different staff member at the reception who told me You need to pay ₹3308 for the room I told her that I had already paid ₹4000. Then she said Maybe it was for a bigger room I told her No it was a normal room After talking to the manager about this he said that the staff member was new and didn’t know the correct price.When I checked the actual price was ₹3308 the highest price of room 3308 very bad experience.

The location is on the highway ( Darbhanga- Muzzarpur), NH. The banquet space is great and the parking is also very sufficient for catering more than 500- 1000+ guests in this Resort. The only negative feedback is the catering team is not well equipped to service the food and drinks properly for every guest. it's not the hotel or banquet fault but the catering team who is responsible for all the necessary things to be served either hot or cold or mocktails.

Rooms are good but service is ok Room service starts after 8am Food is good In my opinion they have work on service Rest all ok
