First of all, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to Trang — without her, our entire experience simply would not have been as memorable, pleasant, and enjoyable as it turned out to be. From the very first moment, she welcomed us with genuine warmth and professionalism, making us feel comfortable and valued throughout the evening. She was incredibly kind, patient, attentive, and truly exceptional at her job. No matter how many questions we had, she always answered them with a smile and took the time to carefully explain every dish and ingredient we were unsure about. Her recommendations were excellent, and it was obvious that she genuinely cared about making our dining experience perfect in every possible way. Thank you so much, Trang, for making us feel like royalty during our visit and for creating such a wonderful atmosphere around us. Special compliments also go to the chef and the entire kitchen team — every single dish we tried was beautifully presented, perfectly balanced, and absolutely delicious. You could truly feel the attention to detail, creativity, and passion behind every plate. From the flavors to the presentation, everything exceeded our expectations and reflected the highest standards of fine dining. It is rare to find a restaurant where every course leaves such a strong impression, but this place absolutely succeeded in doing so. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was elegant, relaxing, and sophisticated, yet at the same time very warm and welcoming. Every member of the staff contributed to making the evening special, and the level of hospitality we experienced was genuinely outstanding. We were also incredibly touched by the warm farewell the team prepared for us. Those thoughtful little details at the end of our visit made us feel truly special and appreciated, and they left such a strong and lasting impression on us. Experiences like this are the reason people return, and we can honestly say that we would gladly come back again — not only to the restaurant, but to the hotel as well. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional food, outstanding service, and an unforgettable dining experience.

I went with my family. We had a fixed sushi and dim sum dinner. Really it was kind of basic. The best thing was some kind of beef wrapped in a leaf. That was freaking good! The sushi was basic, and you could get it anywhere. Kind of disappointed. I didn't eat the dim sum, but everyone said it was ok. They also had those shrimp things that are in some fried wrap with cream cheese, and no one liked that. Back to the beef on a leaf, that was very good! The atmosphere is nice, and decorated contemporary and cool. It has a nice vibe. The drinks are good, and they have a nice wine selection. The service was the best part of the experience though. Solid, and attentive. I'll try it again to see if the food was an anomaly that night. There are so many places in the Marina that are proven as better though. Asia Asia at Pier 7 is better.

Had a lovely evening Asian dinner here at the Blue Jade. The authentic decoration and ambience were perfect for our special occasion. Our waiter was pleasant, friendly, and incredibly helpful in giving superb recommendations. The food was excellent: the cucumber roll was spot on, the edamame tasty, the Pad Thai tasted authentically Thai, and the Japanese Black Cod was simply perfect. This is an elegant restaurant and highly recommended for special occasions!

Had an amazing experience at their evening brunch! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and my drink was never empty. The oriental dishes were truly flavorful—oriental cuisine at its finest. The entertainment was fun, though I wish the bingo had 2 or 3 rounds instead of just one. Overall, a great night and definitely worth coming back to!

We celebrated our anniversary at Blue Jade Dubai, and it was nothing short of magical! From the stunning ambiance to the incredible flavors, everything was perfect. The staff made us feel so special with a lovely "Happy Anniversary" setup, fresh rose petals, and a beautifully presented dessert platter. The Asian fusion dishes were packed with flavor and artfully plated. Every bite felt like a celebration. The mocktails were refreshing, and the entire vibe was just right for a romantic evening. To top it all off, we even got to enjoy a breathtaking fireworks display during dinner. The perfect ending to a memorable night. I had a wonderful dining experience at Blue Jade Asian Restaurant! The ambiance was elegant, welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious, each dish was full of rich Asian flavors and beautifully presented. A special shout-out to Trang and Indah for their outstanding service. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. After a lovely spa treatment, we decided to stop here for dinner. Upon arrival, the hostess warmly welcomed us and led us to our table. Chyu, who took our order, was incredibly lovely and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious and arrived shockingly fast. The decor, with its cool Asian theme, added to the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this place!

Sehr freundliches Personal. Sie kümmern sich um jedes Einzel. Essen war sehr gut. Vietnamesisch, asiatisch etc. alles vorhanden. Es war alles sehr frisch zubereitet. Unser Service Men Arin, Top Men. Super Service, er macht seine Arbeit wirklich sehr gerne. Die Getränke sind im allgemeinen sehr sehr teuer.

Very good & authentic Asian food with great services. Spacious dining area. The lightning setting was like 1900~1950, perfect romatic place for couples. The starter "Rice Roll With Lobster" was a surprise to us and the taste was so good that we re-ordered multiple times. The starter "Meat Ball" was also another item in reoder list. "Fried Rice" and "Beef Bell Pepper" were very good. The "Pho" was the most disappointed in the list, which was too salty and tasted not so authentic.

Amazing asian food and service! You will definitely feel the hospitality as it is managed by a good brand. Very welcoming staffs. The foods are delicious and has a good portion. The ambiance is ok. Went for a birthday celebration and they prepared a very thoughtful card and cake.

Everything was ok but definitely not the best Asian restaurant. Nothing was really special. So I would not recommend you going there if you have other options. Unfortunately the Ritz has only Tamoka as a good restaurant. Avoid the other ones or go to the Meridien also part of Marriott.

We visited here for our anniversary. The reception was warm and the hostess was very welcoming. We ordered the California roll sushi and prawn dumplings for starters. These were very good and service was prompt. Then we did Chicken Cashew nut and vietnamese fried rice. The chicken was dry and the curry was pretty insipid. The fried rice was average. The ambience was awesome and the walk around the gardens made our special day Super special as we got to see the DSF fireworks and the drone show. Thank you Blue Jade for your hospitality and the complimentary dessert to celebrate the occasion.

Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine in the heart of Dubai, I would say the atmosphere is exotic and some of the dishes were stunning. Must order chicken/seafood pancake, Steak Cubes and Miso Soup if you are not going for the brunch option or drunch option. I would say the value for money was not as expected but things balance. The staff team is amazing and friendly to the maximum.

Great experience as the food has a fusion of different Asian influences and the service was terrific. If you are staying at the Ritz Carlton in Dubai, make sure that you stop by and enjoy the food. Expand your palette through new opportunities.

We went for the Friday's Saigon Social. Great quality and tasty food! Although not that surprising dishes. We also enjoyed the nice view over the sea from the tables outside on the balcony.

We have always had a fantastic experience at Blue Jade. The restaurant itself is pleasant, and romantically lit. The staff, from being brought to the table, through all the servers to the cooks, are excellent. The food is exceptional and we didn't find a single one that was less than excellent. Whether it's sushi, rolls, soups, pad thai, meat or fish, we always liked it, even small children (1.5 and 5 years old). No wonder Blue Jade is one of the best in Dubai.

Food was very good.. dessert was very authentic.. and the lady called evy made it all even better..

Tried this restaurant on a recommendation and so glad I did. The service was excellent and the food impeccable. Of special note, the Vietnamese spring rolls, the coconut prawns, and the signature Ginger Lotus sea bass that had a light and refreshing texture and a unique flavour that has to be tried!

Good mixed asian food, Thai, vietnam, Japan, and very good service really thanks to "Khem" was very attentive, friendly also others staff and thanks for welcome drink really make us freshly definitely will comeback again.
