Blue lagoon rooftop cafe and restaurant

I recently had the misfortune of dining at the Blue Lagoon restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was a resounding disappointment. Despite its inviting name, restaurant failed to deliver on even the most basic aspects of a enjoyable dining experience. The food options were average. I opted for a few of their dishes, but each one lacked any real depth or flavor. The presentation was lackluster, and the portions were small considering the prices. However, the real letdown was the service. The staff seemed completely untrained and disorganized, with long delays between courses and a general sense of chaos. Our server seemed overwhelmed and distracted, forgetting orders and neglecting to refill drinks. The restaurant's atmosphere was attempting to be upscale. Overall, my experience at the Blue Lagoon was underwhelming, to say the least. With so many other excellent dining options available, it's hard to recommend this restaurant to anyone. Unless they seriously revamp their menu, service, and staff training.

I had a very bad experience at this restaurant. The staff’s behavior was rude and unprofessional, which made the visit uncomfortable. Good customer service is as important as good food, but this place clearly lacks it. I hope the management takes strict action and improves staff behavior towards customers.

Management should train their staff to maintain basic manners and professionalism. I was really upset by how the staff treated us. Instead of being polite, they were rude and disrespectful. Recently I got an event organised here at blue lagoon, the food taste was good and other things seems to be good as well; however, they provide disposable bowls instead of a proper bowl that was very disappointing.

Me and my friends went there just casually on night when we entered we saw a lot of family were there and the atmosphere was good until I observed bad behaviour from there staff because I think they are the reason which they lack there their waiters passing comment to eachother about us and that was disgusting which I actually kind of hated it. If we are spending good enough money for getting a good food and place then there should be serve a good behaviour too that's it.

Worst experience and its so expensive there is.no quality and no taste only waste of money

My cousins and I recently went there and the service was awful, 0/5. We ordered margarita, they gave us some abomination with cheese and tomatoes. Then we ordered a mango smoothie and hazelnut frappe but they gave us a mango mojito and caramel frappe. After we complained, they replaced the mojito but not the frappes. And I warn! Do not order cheese fries, you'll see many reviews about fries, they give you normal fries just with salt like cheese which is not even melted. Utterly ridiculous service, they were very late and didn't listen to our requests. When we asked to pack the rest of the stuff, they shoved the whole thing in a plastic packet without a seal. After complaints and insisting they reluctantly gave us a proper takeout box.

One of the finest dining experiences in Vidisha! The restaurant offers a great ambiance, exceptional service, and delicious food. The friendly host goes above and beyond, ensuring even the smallest details are taken care of. It's my go to place whenever I want to have a great meal. Keep up the good work.

The chair and table were very dirty and I ordered peri peri cheese fries they give normal fries and they were lying that I tell them normal fries. The service was very slow and the food was okay but not too good

They got everything wrong, there margarita had tomato, cheese fries had no cheese just shreds and we asked for hazel nut frappe and they gave us caramel frappe
