من که چندین بار از خدمات شون بهره مند شدم و لذت بردم. خیلی خوبه که تست درایو برای افرادی که لایسنس رانندگی امارات داشته باشن دارن و با تعیین وقت قبلی این امکان برای عموم بازه.این کارشون عالیه و باعث خدمات بهتر و انتخاب مناسبی برای مشتری هاست. 👍

I had an excellent experience with BMW Motorrad Dubai. The team was professional, responsive, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Special thanks to Raul — he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the experience truly enjoyable. His professionalism reflects the BMW standard. What I really appreciated is that they even delivered the bike to me, which was a great touch and shows their commitment to customer service. Highly recommended!

Purchased a brand new 2024 BMW S1000RR M Package in early December 2023. First things first: - The bike is AMAZING there's no issue there - BIG THANKS to Mr. Raoul from sales, who was very helpful and knowledgeable, and eager to help and inform me of all the aspects of ordering/booking as well as the info regarding the bike. The bike was booked, arrived on time, and was delivered to me in record time! - BIG THANKS to Mr. Muntasir from service who helped me with my problem which I will describe in the following: I was still in the break in period with the bike (see pics) and had done about 600Km only when the toe piece fell off the gear shift pedal. It happened during riding and I was glad it didn't cause any danger as this can easily cause a safety problem. I was trying to find the shifter to downshift and there was nothing there. I stopped and tried to find the piece and as you can imagine this was impossible on a highway during the night. I contacted Mr. Raoul who informed me this part needed to be ordered as It was not in stock. I contacted the call center regarding the issue and all they were unable to help and only said to bring the bike in for the service team to check it. After I told them I was unable to ride it because the shifter was not working they were unable to assist me any further. I also told them the bike was in Abu Dhabi and they said I would have to hire a recovery transport at my expense to bring the bike in and that there was no guarantee that the repair would be covered under warranty. I contacted Mr. Raoul again and he put me in contact with Mr Muntasir the service advisor. Mr Muntasir was as surprised as I was at how this piece fell off the bike without any damage but was extremely nice and reassured me this would be covered under warranty. Mr. Muntasir was also very helpful and provided a temporary fix which I was able to pick up and install on the bike myself and thankfully I was able to ride the bike after that while waiting for the replacement part to arrive. Again BIG thanks to Mr Muntasir. Now the major issue is that while the service center reassured me that the part would arrive in 10 days, it took a total of 2 months for the part to reach the dealership. And after that, It was a nightmare trying to schedule an appointment given the following: I live in Abu Dhabi. I asked if the part could be forwarded to BMW Abu Dhabi where I am doing my bike's service. They said no because it was a warranty claim so I had to bring the bike to Dubai. Second problem was scheduling since they only open Monday to Friday and it was impossible for me to bring the bike during that time. I was forced to take time off work to bring the bike on Friday for it to be serviced on Monday, and had to ask a friend of mine to take the bike to the service and pick it up when it was done. I was not willing to pay for recovery service because this was a Warranty claim and should have been covered by BMW. My issue with this service is the lack of flexibility and the lack of understanding by the call center and employees at BMW that I was very far away from the service center and that the bike was NOT rideable, and they were unable to accommodate for that in any way. Second, if Mr Muntasir hadn't provided me with a temporary fix, my bike would have been unrideable for 2 months for something so simple. Or I would have had to take it to an external shop at my expense and risk losing the warrany. BMW need to work on improving this service. I understand minor issues can happen on a brand new bike and this was nothing serious. BUT it left the bike unrideable and you were unable to help make the experience easier.

Upon arrival, I was met with an unwelcoming atmosphere. The staff, particularly the motorcycle sales representative, displayed a dismissive and arrogant demeanor, making me feel more like an inconvenience than a valued customer. This encounter has significantly tarnished my perception of the BMW brand and its commitment to customer service. I hope AGMC addresses these issues to ensure future visitors receive the respectful and attentive service one would expect from such a prestigious establishment.

Extremely disappointing experience at BMW. My brother booked a test drive after receiving a confirmation call from an employee named Gabi, who told him to come for the test drive. When we arrived, the same employee suddenly said the test drive is only for people above 25 years old. My brother is 22, so I told him that I am over 25 and I will drive instead. Shockingly, he changed his words again and said the minimum age is 30! How can the rules change within minutes? This is completely unprofessional and shows a serious lack of respect for customers. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially from a brand like BMW that claims to represent luxury and trust. I am very disappointed, and I will seriously reconsider dealing with BMW in the future.

I recently had my 2023 BMW S1000RR serviced at AGMC, and I’m extremely satisfied with the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, Muntasir and (I forgot the other name) were professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. I had my chain and sprockets replaced, along with a routine oil and filter change. The team clearly explained the work being done, used only genuine BMW parts, and delivered everything on time. The pricing was fair for the level of quality and expertise provided. Special thanks to Muntasir for handling everything smoothly and keeping me updated throughout the process. It’s reassuring to know that my motorcycle is in the hands of trained BMW specialists who genuinely care about both the machine and the customer experience. This kind of service is exactly why I continue to trust BMW.

Ordered M1000R and it arrived on the exact day they said it would some 4 months later as limited stock. If you have been in Dubai as I long as I have you can imagine how shocked and surprised I was. Super helpful throughout the sale and got me full cover on the insurance that I couldn't get anywhere else.

Bitter sweet experience. Ended up buying my bike, but... the sales team do not come across as being easily approachable at first. However, once they warm up to you, the experience is nicer. They are very knowledgeable and will definitely help and assist in whatever way they can.

Did not enjoy my visit, waited for about 20 mins to be attended. While waiting no refreshments were provided nor did he ask if we needed anything. Salesman was least bit interested to try and sell a bike. Did not provide any useful information. Was expecting good customer experience, rather go to a competitor brand for a better buying experience.

Brought in my GS 850 for inspection last week. Competent , attentive and very friendly service. Got the bike back after 3 hrs - washed. All questions answered by the Maintenance Advisor. In the meantime they replaced a part of my helmet. Great service! Thanks to Muntasir Aamer and Emir! See you again!

First time I bring my bike for service and definitely the last time . I dropped my bike 2 weeks ago to get it serviced and get new insurance and registration which they confirmed both through the call center and the service advisor himself that it can be done through them . 2 weeks later I call to check since I was traveling , and the bike hasn't been touched yet. On top of that , now they tell me that they don't take care of insurance and registration. Unprofessional and ofcourse the bill is a compete rip off.

Lukewarm experience..The showroom is really good and has decent stock. Not the best of sales team from BMW Motorrad, Ive had way better experience from different Motorrad. Sales team need to learn a bit more about off road / adventure riding to cater their GS customers. This review comes from a GS1250hp pro rider who has clocked over 9k kms in 60 days, covered west coast to east coast of India SOLO in 28hrs. Went to buy an apparel, but left with an bitter taste.

Customer service is very poor. I had to look for a sales representative asking BMW personnel and they were very reluctant to help. Very limited choice of riding wear with models and sizes.

Lost another customer. Not the most customer friendly motorcycle spare parts department. I’m not a big spender, and do all of my service and maintenance myself. Having done 160,000 km so far on my 2013 Adventure, I do price comparisons, to get the best price and get better service and pricing from the BMW Dealer in Abu Dhabi. There was a Aed 300+ difference in sales between the 2 dealers. Can’t justify paying extra for the same parts. Highly recommend BMW AUH any time.
