This appreciation is late in coming, but I wanted to write and express my gratitude for the amazing customer experience BMW Dewan Motors Motorrad Islamabad, specifically Irfan and Sajid, have provided over the last one year. It is not often that one feels special at a dealership and maintenance center. Their genuine support and their honest approach to the services they have provided has always made my trip to your dealership enjoyable. Truly special experience.

I had an excellent experience with Dewan Motorrad in June and then November 2024, even though I have a KTM 1190 that I drove from Italy. They were helpful, professional and efficient and I was most grateful for their assistance.

At last Motorrad is in town with exceptional services .Mr Sajid Mirza and his team is doing a great job in facilitating the bike lovers in all feilds ..but Mr Irfan is the pivot of all activities.. an extremely efficient, dedicated and forthcoming marketing icon Motorrad has .. and the best part is that for what ever reason you go they serve you as a special guest with lovely coffee and pastries.. well done boys ..keep it up

I have had multiple meetings & conversations at BMW Motorrad ISB and the support has been amazing all the time. Highly professional and trained staff with sound knowledge over everything. Mr Irfan Zahid is a very kind and trained professional person in BMW ISB. Highly recommended person. I have bought 2 BMW super bikes from Mr Irfan and each transaction was very smooth and efficient. I have had the pleasure of purchasing my first BMW motorcycle from this dealership, the 2022 BMW R NineT Scrambler with plenty of optional extras. Their Manager Sales Mr. Irfan Zahid has proven instrumental in helping me decide a bike catered for my riding needs/wants and, an avid biker himself, he guided me through various technical details of the bike and answered all my queries professionally. Before I made the purchase I wanted to see the bike in person for evaluating the riding position and have a general idea of the bike. Mr. Irfan Zahid was kind enough to get the bike transported to this showroom with no extra cost to me as a customer and I had not made any final decision of purchase as well. Suffice to say I instantly fell in love with the bike and made an informed purchase decision. It is a 3S dealership and their workshop is also state of the art. I’ve been to isb display Center numerous times and bought F850 trophy edition from them. My experience during this deal was very nice and worth visiting. Especially mR. Irfan their sales manager was extremely professional and composed in his job. The conduct and of their manager was thorough professional. I strongly recommend others to pay visit to their client services department and gather all the info if they required. Best of luck sales team Good job done. 👍👌

Had a great experience while getting some maintenance work for my superbike. Rates were very fair and they used quality tools. Plus they have technical background and understand the problem very well
