This place is a must visit for all aspiring bikers, they do have a handful of great models for view. You can do a test ride too. The staff are awesome and very helpful. Today I visited the place for service of my Bike and found the staff to be cordial and cooperative. The waiting room is nice for 2 to 3 hour long wait. The second service of my bike got done today, ans I am glad they did it within three and half hours. The staff as usual were the people you can depend on for all your queries and needs. The showroom has got many new machines including the 300cc and 850cc segment bikes which I liked very much.

However, the BMW showroom in Odisha provided exceptional support. They helped me a lot during a difficult time, arranged the parts, and guided me professionally. Their service, responsiveness, and willingness to help truly stood out.

Situated at bhanpur,Cuttack, besides NH16, cuttack-bhubaneswar road. This is BMW bike and car showroom. Inside the premises, there is Volkswagen, Mini cooper service center available. Good clean and Hygienic place.Waiting room available with tea ad snacks is provided for customers. BMW Service is very expensive.

Went for BMW GS310 service... Generally time required for the service is 1hr at max.... But they kept us waiting for 4-5 hrs that too we booked a service slot in advance... But overall service experience was good.... Staffs were cooperative and supportive... Listen to their customer issue and try to fix those....

I had a great experience, I got my bike within 40days. And the bmw team was very supportive, they did all paperworks RTO and all within 4 days.
