This is a wonderful place to be. When I traveled in Dubai for the first time I wasn't sure where to go first; I was very tired and hungry so I passed by this store and got amazed by the products they have because they've got everything I need so I stayed there for some time before heading to my hotel. The staffs are also welcoming and helpful. Man! I'm so impressed!

The items is very Good quality and reasonable price

I had a poor experience but the owner took my feedback seriously and I could feel there was a definite desire to improve. This level of attention and humility is much appreciated, and rare these days. For this I have increased my rating. I hope to order again in the future and have a better experience. Incident: Placed and order and they said they would deliver in 20 minutes. After 25 minutes I find out they don’t have any of the items in stock. Poor service …

Small grocery not super market, location good near hotels at Shaikh Zayed road and the good have tea and coffee by machine and very cheap 2 Dirhams only other beside by 16

They don’t follow queue system even after mentioning / complaining about it. A girl was billed twice in front of me and she arrived after me, while I was in cash desk already. after me. I prompted it on the first bill and then she picked another item on way out and they still billed her prior to me. I also had only two small items. We all are paying customers - don’t discriminate it’s not fair practice…

Their staff always takes too much time in responding to order requests. Happened several times already. If you come to their store most of their staff are just talking and laughing. Worst place to order if you are in a hurry. Please see screenshots of our conversation. Also, I’ve added the reply they’ve made after some alleged representative from the company called me to offer discounts and I refused to accept. Screenshots don’t lie, unfortunately. I recommend you to check out Union Coop just some additional 3 minutes walk across Al Bada’a street (at the back) — and you will see a really good difference on the prices also, like a AED1 to AED10 difference…
