Hannah is annexcellent sales girl and very knowledgeable as well. She is patient, polite, kind and helpful in handling customer. I have been regular with Bobby brown cosmetics and its largely becoz hannah helped both me and my daughter with BB products .

I walked into the Bobbi Brown store on Saturday with full confidence and zero knowledge. Apart from lipsticks and eyeliners, I genuinely had no clue what half the products were meant for. Enter Hussain — the hero of this story. From the moment I stepped in, he was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely helpful. Instead of pushing random products, he took the time to understand what would actually suit my wife. We spoke about shades, skin tones, finishes… basically an entire mini masterclass for husbands who have no idea what they’re doing. Thanks to Hussain, I ended up buying four products (and yes, the buy 2 get 1 offer made me feel like a smart shopper). I visited the store three times that day — not because I enjoyed being confused, but because Hussain made the process so comfortable. And on Sunday, when I went back again for an exchange, he was just as polite, patient, and effortless. No rushing, no pushing — just honest guidance. The best part? When I gifted the products to my wife, she absolutely loved them. Full credit to Hussain for helping me pick exactly what she’d like. Bottom line: When you have people like Hussain in the store, even clueless husbands like me walk out feeling confident — and with very happy wives. I had a great experience and always have at the BB store whenever I am here , thanks to the amazing staff especially to Rocidika and Hussain and they are always welcoming, and more than willing to help.
