I got my upper ear (flat) piercing done yesterday by Hritik, and I was honestly quite scared before going in. I already have piercings, but this placement felt intimidating because it goes through cartilage. Hritik handled everything amazingly. He was calm, confident, and very reassuring, which helped ease my anxiety. The piercing itself was super quick and much less painful than I expected. I did feel a little dizzy afterward, but he took great care of that as well. Overall, the experience was smooth, professional, and comforting. Really good service, and I’m very happy with how it turned out. Highly recommend

I wanted to get a nose piercing and came across this studio because of the good reviews. Got mine done yesterday and it hardly took 5 mins. The piercing was done by Lims and honestly, her grounded confidence really helped in easing the nervousness I felt at the moment. It hurt just a bit while it was pierced and after that there has been no pain at all. The piercing procedure was super clean as well. Lims also further instructed me on the aftercare procedure. Overall, I had a great experience. This was my best piercing experience so far.

We explained the concept and the idea, he was attentive and reproduced a wonderful piece of art. There was no rush, took time until both Guna and we were completely satisfied.
