Our stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Yerevan was simply outstanding. The hotel is impressive right from the very start with its elegant ambiance, well-trained staff, and high level of comfort. The rooms are large, modern, and spotlessly clean. The hotel offers its guests a wide range of amenities, including a delicious breakfast, high-class dining services, and relaxing facilities like the spa, swimming pool, and fitness center. The location is also very convenient, being close enough to the city center but still offering a peaceful and elegant setting. Hotel curato nei minimi particolari. Confortevole sotto tutti punti di vista. Camere comodissime, pulite e complete di tutti i comfort. Colazione strepitosa e ricca di ogni tipo di cibo. Il personale è disponibile, gentile e rispettoso. Molto comoda anche la piscina, l’idromassaggio e la sauna. Tutto davvero perfetto! Complimenti!

For the start, this is not a 5-star hotel. If I wanted to be too generous I would say it’s a 4-star hotel but even the service is not for a 4-star hotel. We checked-in around 3 in the morning and we couldn’t sleep the whole night because all the staff/ cleaners etc were gathered in the lobby/ bar area and were speaking too loudly. We called the reception two times for that and they became quiet for a few minutes and started talking again!! We were in 2nd floor and we could hear them clearly! The furniture are not in their best condition. Coffee stains were all over the place, on the table, carpet, stains in toilet. Breakfast is not great, there aren’t many options. Staff are not professional or trained to work in hospitality. Location is alright, it’s near mother of Yerevan but you need to get a taxi for going to the centre or you can walk for about 45 min! The only ok thing was the nice view from our room, but that’s it. Overall, I’m absolutely disappointed and I don’t suggest wasting your money for this hotel.

Best hotel in Yerevan as far as I am concerned. I stay here regularly. Excellent facilities including parking and a proper pool / sauna. The food is also top quality. I especially would like to thank Hrant Tovmasyan who works in the lobby bar. A really friendly and knowledgeable guy. This is exactly why I stay here.

Останавливались здесь на три недели. В целом понравилось. Небольшой минус это расположение. Далековато от центра. Ну и бывает немного шумно, где-то с 18:30 до 23:00 из-за музыки в Bamboo. Просторный номер. Есть почти всё необходимое. Большая кровать. Каждый день уборка в номере и замена всех полотенец, хотя ежедневная замена нам не требовалась. Соседи жаловались, что у них в номере сильный запах сырости из душевой. У нас было нормально. Понравился вид из окна, на парк и на гору. Хороший бассейн с солёной водой, хамам и две сауны. Хамам понравился. Совсем небольшой спортзал. Заниматься комфортно. Только не хватает свежего воздуха, приходилось открывать дверь в зал на распашку. Приветливые девушки на ресепшен и в СПА, помогали оперативно решать проблемы. Мужская ночная смена не очень готова помогать. Завтраки нормальные. Но постоянно приходилось звать официантов, чтобы сделать заказ. Сами они не интересуются, что вам необходимо. Не было игристого вина по выходным на завтрак. В другом 4* отеле в центре Еревана было. В следующий раз наверняка остановимся здесь же.

Apart from the swimming pool and sauna, calling this place a 5-star hotel is a joke. The staff at the entrance were not friendly or helpful at all. I booked a double room as a couple, but we were given twin beds pushed together with just one sheet on top. There was a constant shortage of towels. I would never come back to this disrespectful place. The hotel café has low-quality food at very high prices. Respect yourself and don’t stay at this hotel. Also, the location is very hard to walk around — it’s uphill. Around holidays, you can’t even find a taxi, or it becomes extremely expensive. If I ever come back, I’d choose an Ibis hotel in the city centre or an Airbnb instead. By the way, guest ca not change the room temperature!!!! It was too hot!

Пребывание в этом отеле нам в целом понравилось. Плюсы: 1. Большие номера. Мы достаточно комфортно разместились с 3 открытыми чемоданами при условии, что ребёнку еще и детскую кроватку установили (бесплатно). 2. Очень достойные завтраки. Отель был загружен процентов на 30, тем не менее ассортимент был вполне приличный. Очень вкусный кофе и десерты. Никаких проблем с наличием столиков. 3. Сауны комфортные по температуре даже для детей, но есть возможность повысить влажность и пропариться. Классный очень влажный хамам. 4. В бассейне обычно мало посетителей и комфорто плавать. 5. Приятный персонал, хорошая уборка. Минусы: 1. При заселении в номере был всего 1 халат и 2 полотенца. Увидеть в пятёрке количество полотенец меньше чем гостей было странно. По звонку принесли еще 2 и недостающий халат. В дальнейшем ситуация повторилась еще раз. 2. Всего 3 вешалки. Огромный шкаф, а вешалок нет. 3. Зоне бассейна отчаянно требуется ремонт. Хотя бы минимальный. Отслаивается краска с дерева и отваливается плитка в джакузи. Пара дополнительных комментариев: Расположение у отеля хорошее, но Ереван практически постоянно стоит в пробках, поэтому даже малое расстояние иногда ехать сложно. Для пеших прогулок лучше поискать что-то в районе площади Республики. В лобби цены приемлемые, с дороги вполне можно там перекусить.

I arrived at the hotel this morning after a night flight. At the beginning of my check-in, the receptionist confused my reservation with another guest’s booking for a superior room, while I had booked a standard room with early check-in. Because of this mistake, my early check-in was not honored and I had to wait until approximately 3:00 PM to receive my room. I was then assigned room 226. About 100 meters from the hotel there is a restaurant that played very loud music at night, making it impossible to fall asleep. After calling reception, the employee promised to address the issue, but nothing changed. I also asked whether earplugs could be provided, and was told that the hotel didn’t have any. This experience has been extremely disappointing. Guests should at least be informed in advance or asked whether they are comfortable staying in a room affected by loud nighttime music!

Выбирала отель специально для празднования дня рождения. Отель никак не подготовился, пока не позвонили на ресепшен не хотели ничего предлагать. Сказали ждите торт через 30 минут, когда нам уже нужно было выезжать. Спа закрылся в 9 вечера. Неприятное впечатление. В номере пахнет сыростью. Вида никакого нет из окон. Их лучше вообще не открывать.

The rooms are big enough for 2 , it was clean and cleaning service was good also, it needs some renovation inaide the rooms but in general it is acceptable. The staff at lobby and breakfast time was really friendly and nice. They have very good pool and super jacuzzi. The have also sauna wet and dry. There is gym available but it is very limited and small . I didn’t train at gym it has only some basics with some light dumbbells nothing serious. They have restaurant on 7th floor as well. The breakfast was big and good quality. They have lots of options and also make you omelette and local omelette as well. The location is little outside of city center and you need to walk thousands of stairs to reach center( there is escalator but half of stairs you have to do yourself) . But Yerevan is small city you can take a taxi anywhere from hotel .

A Perfect Experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at the hotel from August 11th to 16th, and our experience was simply outstanding. The rooms were very spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – an absolute delight to return to after a day of exploring. The service was excellent – friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. The staff made us feel welcome from the very first moment. Breakfast was rich, varied, and delicious, offering plenty of options to suit everyone’s taste. In addition, the hotel’s restaurant was fantastic – the food was well-prepared, the atmosphere was lovely, and the service was impeccable. It was a culinary experience that perfectly complemented our stay. The hotel’s location is ideal, yet quiet and peaceful. The overall atmosphere is calm and inviting, and it’s clear that every detail has been thoughtfully designed to enhance the guest experience. In summary: this is a hotel we would gladly return to, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, pampering, and truly unforgettable vacation.

На регистрации нет места, чтобы клиенты отеля могли присесть после путешествия. Девушка на регистрации не хотела дать upgrade для VIP клиента сети отелей Radisson. Пока не попросили менеджера… Комнаты старые но чистые, ухоженные. В спальне мокрый кавер из-за душа, плохо запланирован слив воды. В комнате в аппарате для кофе тоже протекает вода

I stayed at Radisson Blu Yerevan and really enjoyed the stylish, modern design of the hotel. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable — everything felt thoughtfully arranged. It was a pleasure to wake up with a view of the park — very peaceful and refreshing. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with plenty of fresh, high-quality options. Special thanks to the bartender — the cocktails were excellent and made with real attention to detail. However, I was disappointed that I never received slippers, even after asking at reception several times. Also, the room TV was advertised as a smart TV, but it didn’t support actual smart features (screen sharing). Overall, it’s a great hotel with a premium atmosphere and only a few small service gaps.

The room services is most worst in all world's Radisson Blu Hotel system! We have called the reception for a extra water delivery, the staff said we have sent it you today, so can not send it again. We told him that if you have such rule, we are sorry and will respect it, so you may send it to us after 10 min, then will pass 12 am that will be tomorrow. he said that no possible, we can send water to you in morning only, you can call room service to buy if you want the water ! (Yes, it is mean customer to pay extra cost and get the water)This is very special experience what I get from hotels in the world!! Это просто отвратительный отель. Мы бывали здесь ранее, и на этот раз выбор снова пал на данный отель, потому что других «Рэдиссонов» тут нет. Но после этого проживания возвращаться сюда больше не хочется. Начнём с того, что при заезде, как обычно, наврали и не сделали апгрейд. В целом, это не критично. Далее нас отправили в подготовленный номер, где просто омерзительно пахло канализацией. После диалога на ресепшене дали номер на втором этаже. Это худший номер, который я встречала вообще. Он был совершенно не готов к заезду гостей: очень грязный, унитаз в волосах, полотенца залежавшиеся и тоже с волосами. Сплит-система не работала, мини-бар был пуст, и было очень шумно. Поспать не удалось. Была ночь, и после перелёта не было сил снова идти на ресепшен, где хамоватый мужчина закатывает глаза. Но нам обещали сделать апгрейд на следующий день. Конечно же, на следующий день ничего не сделали — якобы, номера, который обещали, нет. Хотя на сайте номера были в наличии. Нас поселили в такой же номер, но этажом выше. Плесень в ванной поприветствовала нас снова, как и грязный номер с вонючими полотенцами. К слову, приветственные вкусняшки нам так больше никто и не принёс — они остались в том вонючем номере. Нам пообещали переселить снова через два дня. По прошествии двух дней мы пошли смотреть два номера категорией выше. Один из них был более-менее сносный, второй — с очень грязным напольным покрытием и весь раздолбанный. Мы выбрали тот, что получше. Стали собирать вещи, и тут — звонок от девушки с ресепшена, которая сообщила, что мы не можем переехать в выбранный номер, так как он забронирован. Именно этот. Предложили только грязный номер, заявив, что других свободных нет. После ругани номер чудесным образом нашёлся. В нём, впрочем, так же воняли полотенца. Из отзывов я поняла, что они с этим ничего не делают. Уборка, видимо, осуществляется святым духом, поэтому то, что можно подхватить в душе, одному Богу известно. В номере пахло сигаретами, а также часто стоял какой-то луковый запах из санузла. Были отлично слышны звуки динозавров из парка аттракционов. Постоянно чего-то не могли принести: то вешалок нет, то полотенец маленьких, то воду забывали. После одного звонка тоже приносили не всё, приходилось звонить 2-3 раза. Халаты — это вообще отдельная тема. Создаётся впечатление, будто мы сражались за них с бомжами — все драные. Единственный плюс этого отеля — это персонал на завтраке, в баре и белл-бой. Эти люди — настоящие профессионалы, которые всегда готовы помочь. Отдельное спасибо, за вкусный латте. Еда в баре вкусная, за исключением пары блюд и, видимо, определённых дней. Я ела пасту с морепродуктами несколько раз, и в последний раз её принесли почти без морепродуктов и совсем невкусную, как и несолёный салат. Мы хотели поговорить с менеджером, но нам всё время говорили, что его нет. В общем, это очень старый отель с обшарпанной и грязной мебелью, драными вонючими халатами и полотенцами, плесенью, ужасным обслуживанием на ресепшене и очень плохим клинингом. Почитав отзывы, понимаю, что на это уже много раз жаловались, но, видимо, руководству плевать. Грустно.

The hotel is definitely, not worth a 5-star. Once I entered my room, the bathroom door was already broken. After I informed them, I was shifted to a different room. Here, there were used liquid soups inside the washroom and the place was not clean. There were residues on the shower pipes and glass. The table was not cleaned properly. The washroom lock was not working. Colour-faded cupboard roofs. Even the pictures were not hung properly. On the second day, I asked the room to be cleaned, but all they did was fold the sheets and make the room tidy. The residues on the toilet seats were there just like that. They also have the smallest food menu I've ever seen in a 5-star hotel. Not worth the money. That's for sure. There are better 4 and 3-star hotels in Yerevan than this so-called 5-star hotel.
