Good collection of female attires and fabrics both stitched and unstitched. Limited varities of male fabrics both stitched and unstitched are available in their store. The outlet ambience is neat and clean, and staff members are also facilitating clients. Pretty decent collection of perfumes listed in the rack for display. Prices of all the items in their store are reasonable as compared to other peer brand in the market.

They have the worst costumer service. Had a really bad experience.

Absolutely horrendous staff. Extremely unpleasant experience with my family. As a brand if you are spending a lot of money on marketing and what not, I would advise you to sanction few pennies for staff training. So at least they have basic ethics and etiquette on dealing with customer. Until then me and my family would be taking our business as where

They have the worst costumer service. Had a really bad experience. They're staff girl did not let me try on more than two three dresses. She said ma'am yeh allowed nai hai. Like whaaaaat? I ended up buying wrong size, went again re-exchange it. Also, they won't let you exchange twice or thrice even if you go the same day. Fazool ki policies inki! I wasted 10k here. Please try on dresses before buying, be sure and then purchase. Coz they don't care if it isn't the right fit.

Lake of Quality so disappointed

It's a small outlet store with limited stock, they can order clothes for you. The staff are polite and friendly willing to help. If you don't have enough time to go out to the bigger shops then this place is recommended.

Beautiful new variety. Bought a new arrival 3 piece suit worth Rs 5280/. High standard stitching and excellent cloth quality.

Very bad customer service . When going through my bill it was not correct and when I went back to claim they took an hour to track it and after that they found out that there is a mistake in the bill they keep moving me from one salesman to another where each of them recalculated and try to give some excuses. Long story short just go through your bills and don't trust blindly.

At times Bonanza was famous for quality woolen sweaters and cardigans for men and for ladies,but now also deals with women's clothing stitched as well as un stitched allover Pakistan.
