Absolutely amazing service.🤩 Treated like a VIP. Highly recommend. They fitted in me with no fuss. They listened to my preferences for hair colour and delivered fantastic results-better than expected. Each & every hairstylist and colourist demonstrated a high level of professionalism and care with ease. Sorry I didn’t get all their names. I visited late evening 11th February. I have visited **Bonanza Salon** 3 to 4 times, and every single visit has been an excellent experience. The service quality is consistently outstanding. Their hair cutting is done with great care and professionalism, and the hair wash experience is truly relaxing. The staff provides a full massage during the wash, which feels very refreshing and stress-relieving. The blow-dry is also done perfectly, giving a neat and stylish finish every time. What I really appreciate is their attention to detail and customer comfort. The staff is polite, skilled, and makes sure you are satisfied before you leave. It’s rare to find a salon that maintains such high standards on every visit. I highly recommend Bonanza Salon to anyone looking for quality service, professional staff, and a relaxing salon experience. Definitely one of the best salons I have visited.

I love their services but, they really need to work a lot on making a better experience. The hours of waiting really ruins the salon experience. They should take appointments. Again, the services are really good, but I am truly disappointed by waiting for so long even after coming in early. I came in at 10 am when the salon opened. My hair spa and haircut was done. I had to wait for 2 hours to get my facial done! That’s absurd amount of wait time. They would let people in who came in after me, but I had to wait for so long, what’s the point? Rather why not book appointments? Another issue, Hair Spa is supposed to be a relaxing experience. However, it’s so chaotic here. It should be more quiet and relaxing. I felt rushed and the people working there wouldn’t stop talking or giggling. The lady who did my facial kept coughing on my face!!! At least wear a mask!!! So disappointing. More professionalism and better experience is required. PLEASE take appointments if you can’t handle the crowd!!! I was a long time loyal customer but I don’t think I’ll be returning back. Truly disappointed! Bhavin, this place used to be so much better! Please improve!

Very disappointing experience, there was a very long waiting time, and the staff did not manage appointments professionally. Customer service was poor, and it felt like there was no importance given to customer satisfaction. During my mani-pedi, the chair water tank was leaking, which was uncomfortable and unhygienic. For services like facial, gel paint, everything was done very quickly just to empty the room for the next customer, without proper care and attention. Overall, the service felt rushed and unprofessional. I was expecting better quality and customer care, It appears the business is now more focused on money than on providing quality service. Not recommended anymore!

My experience at the parlour was very pleasant and refreshing. The staff Bhumi parmar was friendly and professional, creating a comfortable environment. The services, such as hair styling and facial were done with care and attention to detail. The parlour maintained good hygiene and used quality products, which made the experience even better. I had an amazing experience at Bonanza Salon. Riddhi Lakhtariya did my hair spa and also gave a very relaxing head massage. She is extremely gentle, professional, and really knows her work. My hair feels soft, smooth, and completely refreshed — and the head massage was just perfect. Highly recommend her for a truly soothing experience!

I had the best and luxurious experience of hairstyling by Mr. Bhavin, his haircut is always fabulous and phenomenal. I would also like to thank Ms.Ankita for giving the best head massage and Ms. Shivangi and her friend for styling my hair after the cut, they also shared me some very useful tips to style my hair for the best look. Do visit the salon and ask for these ladies for the best experience.

Bonanza has absolutely no value for time and is the perfect example of overpromising and underdelivering. They took an unbelievable 3 ½ hours to do a simple manicure and pedicure. They kept sending different girls who would do half the job, then leave to attend to someone else. I was left waiting for over 25 minutes between each person, only for another girl to come and complete a bit more of the job. This cycle repeated several times. They clearly have no time for their customers and provide incredibly poor service. When I asked about the delays, I was told that they still had three other girls waiting for bridal services, and my manicure wasn’t as “valuable” as theirs. This is appalling! Every customer should be treated equally and with respect. The fact that my service was considered less important speaks volumes about their lack of professionalism. Honestly my nails have never looked so bad in my life: they use the wrong tools and they’re cheap. They have no idea what they’re doing and my nail artist in the UK is going to be so upset when he sees what they have done. I’ve attached a picture of my nails so you can see for yourself what their quality of work is. As someone who has experienced excellent service in many places, I can recognise when it is subpar—and this was shockingly bad. They left my nails in an unfinished and unprofessional state, and I cannot believe they thought this level of work was acceptable. I had initially booked their bridal package, which included body polishing, a facial, nails, and hair. After this experience, I cancelled the entire package. I’ve also cancelled all my relatives’ bookings because I no longer trust them to deliver any kind of decent service. While the girls working there were polite, that doesn’t mean the service was good. True service is timely, efficient, and enjoyable for the customer. None of these qualities were present. Their excuse was that they were “busy,” but if they cannot handle the number of customers they take on, they should not be accepting more bookings. This lack of organisation and care is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, they completely ruined my cousin’s hair. She came in blonde and left with grey, then black, and finally bright ginger hair. They overpromised again, claiming they could deliver a cool ash brown colour, but failed miserably. They took no accountability for the disaster, and I had to fix it at home myself. He told me to message my hairdresser and ask her. Shes got 12k followers on instagram and has been doing my hair for over 19 years. She is told me he was doing it completely wrong. He said he trained in the UK which I do not believe. He then said he followed what she said as if he didn’t have a brain of his own even though he claimed this was so easy for him. All their own staff have orange coloured haired. An no offence but in England, that’s the last thing we want and our hairdressers actively tried to remove this. Their service by any means of the word, is not up to standard. I’ve attached a picture of her orange hair and then the brown hair that I fixed. As someone from the UK who has experienced amazing service throughout my life, I am shocked that Bonanza is even in business. Maybe it’s because I’m not used to such poor standards or lack of value for time, but I will never step foot in this salon again, even if they paid me. Three days before my first wedding event, instead of feeling pampered and prepared, I left stressed and frustrated. Bonanza has been nothing but a massive disappointment.

Hairwash by Nishukumari was pretty much like a mini spa experience - i have visited many salons and spas, but had very few relaxing experiences like this one. She made sure I was comfortable, was very gentle with my hair and the head massage during the mask application was the Cherry on the cake - highly recommend asking for her specifically if possible! I was also very impressed by the haircut and styling experience provided by Nayan who not only cut my hair to suit my less dense hair and face frame, but also provided easy to do and effective styling options for later!! Also highly recommend asking for him if he is available.

Worst even more worst. Horrible service I can’t even explain I bad i felt to had a service with bonanza I was old customer of bonanza RAJKOT. This given a best service because of bhavin. In JAMNAGAR’s staff of bonanza treats like they giving us service for FREE “ I did my hair colour for normal length, they took more that 5 hours and what I ask for the colour they did wrong colour and after that they were this things happened. IS IT SO ???? More other than they called me next day and promised me they will finish a work in half an hour and Guess what !! They took 4 hours just for hair colour. I want mention one name HARDIK please don’t take service from him he so moody people and arguing a lot. Please bonanza team and BHAVIN please give him proper training. He is not good enough. one more thing the left a colour on my scalp. On the same day it was itching on scalp and my ears so I told them please clean The colour, otherwise it shows on my scalp and on my ears. And one of the team member says, don’t worry when they will wash hair. It will gone But the next day, it doesn’t gone, And next day, I’ve been to salon and I Asked please clean the colour. They said they will try. They were not sure about colour will go and they wash my hair five times to clean the colour. Even though so many people hurts of Blowdry. My mom already hurts because blowdry she got recovered after 15 days. I really disappointed of Jamnagar saloon’s service. This waste my 9 hours in total. And for the rude behaviour and I’m not satisfied of my hair eventually. I have to say not recommended and PLEASE DO NOT ATTRACT OF CHEAP OFFER AT THE END NOT GOOD

I’ve been a loyal customer of Bonanza Saloon for a while because their services used to be excellent. However, since they opened their new branches, the quality has noticeably declined. I went in for a haircut and even showed them a photo of my own previous cut to make sure we were on the same page. Unfortunately, the result was disappointing there’s no shape or curve to the cut at all. it just looks flat and unfinished.

Affordable yet very satisfactory hair cut experience. The head massage during shampoo, patient hair cut by stylist according to my wish, and then showing me hair styles i can do with the new cut - these details make this a salon I will come back.

I had been to Bonanza for Hair Botox. I asked for natural look but they were more interested in final look then my preference. And i dont understand why one procedure is performed by two staff as they have different way of application of product and way of ironing. As a result i have two different looks on each side of hair- one straight and one natural. Staff and services are good but they need to be trained for better results depending on clients needs then final results.

They Bargain when you don't take treatment and rather ask us what price would you pay. Bargaining in such big saloon is something that's not trustworthy.

The perfect place for great yet affordable services, Bonanza Salon should always be your go-to-salon if you’re from Rajkot. I love their nail services that’s super affordable and lasts long too! Both Aaradhya and Arsh are amazing at what they do! Also, one of their staffs (Poonam Charaniya) gives the best head massage so I always ask for her whenever I’m here! Keep up the good work Team Bonanza👏

This salon is very nice nice service they provide specially the hair wash department the girl named ankita give me very nice wash and massage. and i cut my hair with maulik he curs very nicely i definitely recommend
