I've been a fan of Bonanza Satrangi for a while now, and their clothing and makeup lines have never disappointed! The clothing collection offers a perfect balance between comfort and style. Whether it's casual wear or something more elegant for a special occasion, I always find unique pieces that are well-made and fit beautifully.

Visited the mm alam branch today and writing this review for the employee who assisted me in the makeup section -probably Bisma(not sure). Such a lovely person she was. Gave me authentic feedbacks and suggestions. Didn't rush me or impose her opinion on me. Totally satisfied and loved her dealing. You deserve recognition!

This place is very very nice to buy kurta and trousers for boys. You can also buy sherwani for your wedding from here. I personally liked their place they way they organised is highly commendable plus you can also see the waist coats and casual coats here. Ladies clothes here are also available. I’ll prefer everyone to visit once. I’m highly satisfied from their service.

The staff and on desk crew on MM alam branch seems like they don't want to sell the clothes. They were wondering but didn't attend the customers. Very poor customer service experience. The team was unhelpful, rude, and completely lacked basic communication skills. I expected much better from a brand of this level. Will not be shopping here again and definitely wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Quality is awesome but the prices are really high. Especially in sweaters. Overall staff was good and helpful. Yea.. You can get discount on the Bonanza satrangi app. 10%

I was disappointed with the La frera foundation I purchased. Despite being assured it wouldn't oxidize, it turned much darker after a short time. When I requested a shade exchange the very next day, the staff refused, even though I had the receipt. Poor product quality and service

Mother bought several unstiched. It came out defective, when we requested a replacement they created a lot of hassle. Needles to say it was a bad experience and we won't be shopping here. Manager and some of the staff (not all) are terrible in their dealing. NOT RECOMMENDED. Two stars is only for the good staff.

Good stuff available here. My Mrs is a big fan of their fragrances. What I don't understand is why they put the prices back to full from 50% after Sale ends. People in other parts of the World would never pay the full price for something that has been put on Sale. The Sale technically means you're clearing up your stock so the new inventory can replace the old items. Anyways we always had a good experience at this store. The staff is cooperative and serve customers with a smile.

Very poor service Make sure when u buy must check the entire clothes as I found the one suit cloth I 2 different pcs and in 2 different colour which should be in 1 PC and 1 colour. Also u cant exchange from any other branch likewise other brands allows it. So better to shop from your nearest and make sure to get full info regarding return policy.
