Reviewing this to express my disappointment regarding the services I received yesterday at the Bonanza Rajkot University Road branch. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the expectations associated with the brand Bonanza and especially its rate card. The shaving service was particularly poor, as it was performed without massage or cream, which is below the standard of even a local salon. Additionally, I found the manicure and pedicure services to be unacceptable. While the facial was average just a haircut was better than the other services, the overall experience was very disappointing. If you have extra money jumping from your pocket you must visit Bonanza else suggest going for another option.

Excellent First Facial Experience at Bonanza Today, I visited Bonanza for a facial for the very first time in my life, and the experience was truly outstanding. The hospitality at Bonanza is excellent, and the entire staff is extremely polite, welcoming, and professional. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Ajaybhai Gondaliya, who performed my facial treatment. Before starting, he patiently asked about my skin history and concerns, and then carried out the facial in a very systematic and hygienic manner. His knowledge, skill, and professionalism were clearly visible throughout the session. He is truly highly skilled, experienced, and dedicated to his work, which made me feel very comfortable and confident during the treatment. I am extremely satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Bonanza to anyone looking for quality skincare and a great overall experience. Highly recommended!

My haircut and beard styling are always done by Mr. Kamleshbhai, who is not only a true gentleman but also extremely skilled in his craft. Absolutely terrible experience. Bonanza Hair Saloon shows poor management and no accountability. Staff keep getting transferred, and customers are often left with interns without clear information. Long waiting times, staff wasting time outside, and rude behavior from senior staff make it worse. They focus only on selling packages, and once you subscribe, service quality drops significantly. No transparency, no professionalism, and no customer respect. Not recommended at all.

Very disappointing experience at Bonanza Salon. The quality of haircut and beard service is very inconsistent. Only a few staff members actually know how to do it properly. When you finally find someone who understands your style, like Dhruv bhai, he leaves, and you are left with no reliable option. Even after paying for a membership, you cannot get service from the person you trust. That makes the whole membership feel useless. Not worth it at all.

Without waiting it took 1 hour 30 mins for a haircut (which was only trimmer) and shaving While cutting the hair the barber was not at all paying attention to the job but to every other thing happening He literally left in between of a cut And after all this time the haircut was not even satisfactory. They should rather cut the hair than doing "masti" Be time efficient The clien doesnt want to spen half of his day here

I have been all time customer but my recent experience was worst. Now hair stylists are not trained by Bonanza. They are cutting hair without any experience. I wont recommend Bonanza to anyone now. Worst experience. Had to get my hair cut done from another premium Saloon to fix the mess created.

Extremely bad experience at Bonanza Salon. They lie to sell memberships. At the time of purchase, front desk staff KISHAN clearly promised that beard and haircut services could be used interchangeably, but later he denied everything and blamed their “system.” They even shared an IT person’s contact instead of resolving the issue, and calls were not answered. False promises and zero accountability. Very unprofessional. Not recommended at all.

Itna kya client ko rude ans dena Is bat pe dhyan dena chahiye client ki appointment lene me hi ese bat karenge fir koii client aapki services se satisfied ni hogana jb ki behaviour hi esa ho call receive krne vali ka .

After talking the membership they charges amt for threading and all like small work. Although they not have professional and trained staff for threading.For small threading they charged me 100rs Before they not. Please be aware and don't buy membership and any kind of packages from here.
