My wife went to the salon for some self-care and came back looking so refreshed that I honestly checked twice if she was the same person 😄 A big shoutout to Meena for the amazing facial — pure magic! And Hemlata & Darshna absolutely nailed the manicure and pedicure. The service, care, and attention to detail were top-notch. Now my wife is glowing, relaxed, and already planning her next visit… while I’m just sitting here wondering if husbands get a loyalty discount for waiting patiently 😅 Highly recommend this wonderful team for making people feel pampered and special

I went to get my nails done (gel extensions). Everyone was very kind and helpful. They were very understanding and my nails turned out amazing. Kamaljeet and deepika were amazing. They did my nails quick and exactly like the reference photo. The nails turned out way better than expected.

⭐ 0/5 Stars This was by far one of the most disappointing salon experiences I've ever had. The quality of service was extremely poor, and the staff lacked professionalism and basic courtesy. Concerns were ignored, communication was ineffective, and there was little to no focus on customer satisfaction. I ended up wasting both my time and money. The management appeared indifferent to customer feedback, and the entire experience was frustrating from beginning to end. I cannot recommend this salon to anyone unless significant improvements are made in both their service standards and attitude.

I had an excellent experience with the team. Vandana and Sejal did a fantastic job with my hair color, and Sakshi and Kruti were equally impressive with their nail services. The staff is बेहद gentle, professional, and attentive, which made the whole experience very comfortable. I’m extremely satisfied with the results and also appreciated the great discounts offered. Highly recommended 😊

I am a lazy person,so I opted for the yearly hair wash and dry subscription at Saloon Bonanza Luxe Saloon, and honestly, they're doing a great job.The service is convenient and saves me time as it is next to my office.However, I did try their eyebrow threading once, and it wasn't worth the money.But for all other hair services, they're top-notch.Would recommend their subscription plans, just skip the threading.

It's decent salon. It was a great one 6-8 months back.. as now you will see torn recliners for hair wash. They don't even give you proper towel so that your dress wouldn't get wet after wash. I m disappointed by their service this time. They ask u what do u want.. coffee or tea.. but that never arrives to the destination. All together expect a normal experience.

I visited this salon a few days ago for a haircut because they had attractive offers, but my experience was very disappointing. They use low-quality products, and when asked which shampoo they use, they give different answers every time. After the haircut and wash, my hair became more damaged instead of improving because of the products they used. It feels like they attract customers with offers and then compromise on product quality. Very bad experience overall — I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Staff should be more honest and use genuine products for customers’ hair care.

I had such a great experience with Dhruvi at Bonanza! She really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and made sure she understood my vision before starting. What impressed me the most was that she achieved such a beautiful, rich color without using any bleach — my hair feels healthy and looks amazing. She’s patient, skilled, and genuinely cares about her work. I’m so happy with the result and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great hair colorist!

I often visit Bonanza Salon and it never ceases to amaze me. The services they provide is the best. Very luxurious but very pocket friendly. I am using their hair service and they are very good with that.. even staff is taking car of pressure comfort and communication. I got my last hair spa with sunnybhai, it was good . But yes a suggestion please do not change staff so frequently 🙏🏻

Had a lovely haircut 💇‍♀️ at Bonanza, Maple Tree Ahmedabad with Darshan Sir. He styled my hair with great care, understood exactly what I wanted, and didn’t cut more than needed 👌. Really happy with the new look 😍. Just one small suggestion — there was a bit of waiting time and calls weren’t connecting, and my spa couldn’t be done due to rush. Appointment-wise scheduling would really help for better planning.

Today I went for a haircut and specifically requested a layer cut. Unfortunately, the staff was quite rude and dismissive of my requirements. Instead of listening to what I wanted, they repeatedly insisted that the style would not suit me, even after I explained that I had gotten the same haircut before and was happy with it. Despite clearly communicating my preference, the hairstylist did not follow my instructions, and the final result was far from what I had asked for. The haircut itself turned out very disappointing. I had heard many positive reviews about this salon, which is why I chose to visit, but my experience was extremely disappointing and did not meet my expectations at all.

Had a really good time here at bonanza Ahmedabad, Soham our stylist was very prompt with the service and did a really good job. We were in hurry and he understood our urgency and did a job quite well. I highly recommend him whenever you visit here 10/10.
