Absolutely loved BonBird Fried Chicken – City Walk branch! The flavors are super unique and the sauces are really tasty. The chicken bones are insanely juicy, like really really juicy, and the chicken is always fresh, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The tenders are just as good, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The sandwiches are amazing too, especially the wrap with buffalo sauce – highly recommended. Honestly, this place deserves a 10/10. Everyone should try it because their fried chicken is totally different from other brands. 🔥

This is our go-to Bonbird store in the city. Great ambience and friendly staff. The food - delicious with fresh ingredients. Their chicken is crispy, juicy and so good! Their chicken melt is my favorite - the best! I also tried their chicken mac messy bowl and its savory especially the mac and three cheese. A must try! :) The chocolate shake was refreshing and a great way to finish the meal. Shoutout to my Kabayan for being accommodating. ( Ate, sorry I forgot to ask your name .:) ) Kudos, Bonbird! 🙌🏻

We went to City Walk branch. As usual, the staff were amazingly helpful, smiling and providing excellent service - especially Jasmine. The newly added flavor - Garlic Parmesan - was really nice. Size of the chicken tenders was generous, fries and sauces excellent flavor too. We were though sad to see that the cheese dip was removed off the menu and we noticed the change on the coating formula (its not storing heat as before). BONBIRD remains the best chicken restaurant and for us a must go destination whenever we visit Dubai!

I ordered the 'Good Good Chicken' after being attracted by the menu photo, where the chicken looks clearly 'red and spicy'. Unfortunately, what I received looked exactly like the regular chicken sandwiches, with no visible difference. When I asked the waiter, I was told that you need to choose the highest spice level to get the red chicken. That was confusing, because I had already chosen spice level 8 out of 10, yet the sandwich was still very mild and tasted quite normal. I believe the menu presentation is a bit misleading, and the overall experience didn’t meet my expectations..bespecially considering that even something like the Mighty Zinger at KFC delivers much more flavor and spice. I’m sharing this feedback hoping it helps improve clarity and consistency, as I genuinely wanted to enjoy this item and would be happy to give it another try if the issue is addressed.

We got a recommendation for this place through social media but to be honest, I found it a bit of below average. The taste wasn't up to the mark. The chicken tasted blend, though we tried multiple flavours, no difference. Burgers didn't have any taste except the Korean sauce that was added. The wrap also was without any spices. It's seems like it is just hyped up through social media. I can't believe that pickle and bonbird are related. Though the staff was great, very courteous.

I have tried the limited edition Chicken Mac Messy Bowl which I enjoyed. I love the mix of Mac and Cheese with the fries. I can’t wait to try the other flavors of the Messy Bowl as well. I wanna commend the customer service and cozy ambience of the place. 💯

Absolutely love it every time when I come here. Great spot, wonderful view and amazing food. Nothing else needed to be said.

Chicken quality is good as compared to other international brands. Taste is also good and satisfying. Staff are friendly. Dine in area is available but casual dining 🍽. Entrance is from level 1, Entrance A. Mall marking is free and unlimited.

We tried Bonbird in City Walk today and definitely didn't regret it! The chicken was served freshly cooked, which is why we enjoyed it so much, and the flavors we chose were spot on. A huge thank you to Jasmine and the rest of the staff for their excellent service.

I absolutely loved the lemon pepper chicken – it was my first time trying it and I was so impressed! The chicken was incredibly juicy and crispy 😍😋 The staff were wonderfully kind and generous, especially with my numerous requests for extra ketchup and mayonnaise 🤣🤣 Plus, the generous portion of French fries was a pleasant surprise! I'll definitely be back 🥰😋

I highly recommend, the chicken is so good and what i loved the most is that when you choose hot its really spicy most of the places you barely feel the spice, the burger is so soft and tasty , fries perfectly made , staff are soo friendly and nice, Oly helped us to choose our incredible meals and we ‘re so happy . 🥰

Bon Bird is hands down my new favorite spot! I tried their tenders and the Korean chicken burger, and both were absolutely delicious. The tenders were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavor, while the Korean chicken burger was just next-level—so flavorful and satisfying! I went to the City Walk branch, and Aisha was so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Great food and amazing service—it doesn’t get better than that! I think this is my second review for bonbird because I absolutely love Bonbird! They serve the freshest, most delicious chicken. I’ve never been disappointed the quality is always top-notch. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, and the place is spotless every time I visit. Best of all, the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. Highly recommend!

Treated myself to one of the messy bowls today! OMD what a flavourful experience. Fries, chicken, mac n cheese and slaw; a perfect combination. Tartar was a great host, explained the options to me clearly and suggested the bowl with all the trimmings.

Came here for dinner, tried their friend chicken and it was very good, tried also their chicken melt sandiwish but didn't like it. The spicy fries were good. Both sauces that came with the food was not good taste wise. Service was excellent and staff were very welcoming. I'd come back again only for the chickens .

I tried BonBird for the very first time. I tried it at the newly opened Mirdif City Center. I was recommended the Bone In Medium Spicy Chicken and I chose the Chicken n’ Salt flavor for the fries. It was delicious. Freshly prepared and piping hot, the chicken was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Perfectly seasoned with the level of spiciness that suited my palate. The flavor for the fries was delicious too. Bonbird at Mirdif City Center is located close to the North Food Court and so you can choose to sit at the restaurant or buy a takeout and eat at the food court. I personally would recommend to eat it at the restaurant and not takeaway. The chicken will taste much better eaten freshly prepared at the restaurant or the food court. And since we were there for their opening we were treated to their vegan banana icecream.

Just one word: Exceptional! After reading the largely positive reviews we decided to check this place out for lunch. A fine little fried chicken spot nestled in the heart of City Walk. Upon entry we were greeted by a kind and friendly server who guided us through the options as it was our first time. We ordered the 3 pc bone-in 'Ck'n Salt' chicken meal and 3 pc Tenders meal with 'Medium' spice level. The fried chicken was done to perfection: right amount of crunch and incredibly moist. The whole meal didn't taste artifical or processed compared to the well known mainstream outlets. Highly recommend to give this place a try for an almost authentic experience without breaking the bank! :D

Chicken quality is excellent. The chicken is imported from Saudi Arabia and it’s fresh. However, I give this restaurant 1 star only as the cooking is very poor and tasteless. They don’t have real spicy chicken, they only add/sprinkle spicy Cajun powder on it, which is a very simple primitive childish way of making a sandwich spicy!!!! Chicken doesn’t even have any salt!
