Dear Doctor, I am sharing today's experience which I had in your hospital. I called to hospital at 8 am. Receptionist mentioned do visit at 10.00am. So, we reached at 10:05 am. There was only one patient and hospital gate was closed. So we asked at reception to note down the name and book appointment. During 10 to 10:30 , there was around 10-11 patient. They opened the gate at 10:30am. All the patient directly went inside. When I discussed with receptionist, he was saying this is like whoever will seat on first seat he will get first appointment. Because of this even we reached at 10, we got appointment at 11:45am. This was very disappointing experience. No management. Reception staff was not supporting. They are very rude. Not giving any proper justification. Whatever we asked only one statement "Discuss with Doctor" I already provided this feedback to doctor. One good thing is Doctor is good and he understood the concern and explain proper condition of patient. Let's hope for any improvement.
