Amazing spot for kids! Super clean, very well-staffed, and the team is genuinely attentive. Each play area has a staff member in charge, keeping an eye on the little ones and ensuring safety at all times, which gives great peace of mind to parents. There are many different areas to explore, so kids never get bored — it’s fun, well thought out, and nicely laid out. Perfect for children who love to climb, play, explore, and discover. Highly recommended for a fun and safe family outing!

We recently celebrated our daughter’s 2nd birthday at Boo Boo Land, and I would truly like to express our heartfelt appreciation to Sokaina for her exceptional support and professionalism. From the very first interaction, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly organized. She handled every detail with care and patience, making the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. On the day of the celebration, she ensured everything ran seamlessly, allowing us to fully enjoy this special milestone with our family and friends. Her positive energy, responsiveness, and genuine dedication did not go unnoticed. It makes such a difference when someone truly cares about creating a memorable experience. We had a great time today at Boo Boo Land Dubai Mall. It was a very memorable day, especially for my kids. The customer service was superb—from registration and stroller valet to the entrance and all the stations. A big SHOUTOUT to Juliet! She made small talk with us at her station and was truly impressive in the way she accommodated us. It was a fun-filled day indeed—what a wonderful way to end my youngest son’s 2nd birthday! And oh, the magic show was such a treat for the kids. ✨🎉

Our experience with Boo Boo Laand was excellent. My daughter had the time of her life during her playtime. It was a paradise for her. The staff, cleanliness and the overall atmosphere was great. We would definitely be back. Thank you for making my daughter so happy 🤗

I spent a wonderful 3 hours with my children. There are many activities available, and entry is free for companions. Thank you to all the staff and for amira as well, the place is tidy and clean.

We had such a wonderful time at Boo Boo Laand! 🎠💫 It’s a beautiful and safe indoor play area with so many creative and fun activities for kids. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place was very clean and well organized. My child especially loved the slides, roll coaster , and creative corners! 🧸🎨 It’s definitely one of the best play zones we’ve been to in Dubai — perfect for family fun and quality time. ❤️ Highly recommended for parents who want a safe, fun, and exciting place for their kids! 👏✨

My son loves this place. He enjoyed specifically the kitchen area. He took too much time there but there are a lot of areas that they can spend time with. I think 2 hours is not enough if you just take the Wonder Pass ticket. Definitely worth coming back.

The location is fantastic, and my child was very excited to visit this place in Dubai Mall, as it was one of the spots she was most looking forward to. However, I was disappointed with the experience due to unclear rules and limitations. Although my child is already 10 years old, she was not allowed to participate in several activities, mainly due to height restrictions. I understand that safety rules, inspections, and regulations must be followed, but the issue is that many of the games inside are very limited. Several activities were not allowed for her height, which resulted in her having very little to enjoy, despite paying the full amount. There is also games only for babies which she is not allowed as well. The supervisor explained the rules clearly and showed me the official page, which I understand is correct but he is showing in your page which we did not visit your page as we find you Shop only. However, on social media and advertisements, it is not clearly stated that the games are limited or that access is strictly based on height and age. Most of the attractions have restrictions, which should be communicated clearly before purchase so parents can manage expectations. Yes, there is a waiver, but it is very long and difficult to read in full. When we pay for a children’s play area, we expect that our child will be able to enjoy the activities without feeling excluded or restricted. What was most upsetting was the behavior of one attendant in the area. He told my daughter that she “needs to eat more,” which was very rude and inappropriate. While it may have seemed harmless to him, as a mother, it was hurtful to hear. My daughter became very upset and almost cried because of the way he spoke to her. Hope some of the rules maybe change which a 10yrs old just not allowed only 1kilo missing or there will be an option so that the kids will not go out sad.

I honestly don’t know where to begin..our experience with Booboo Land Dubai Mall for my son’s birthday was truly exceptional. Everything was handled with so much kindness, effort and care that I felt completely at ease the entire time. A very special thank you to Sukaina, who took charge of the whole celebration from start to finish. She coordinated every detail so beautifully and was always there to make sure things flowed smoothly. Her warmth and professionalism made such a difference and I truly appreciated how attentive she was throughout the day. I also want to thank the amazing girls who helped make the party so special: Lovely, Chem and Flor. They were so sweet with the kids, full of energy, and genuinely engaged with everyone. You could feel how much they cared and it created such a happy atmosphere. The magician was fantastic ..the kids were completely captivated and even the adults were enjoying the show. The photographer also did an incredible job capturing all the precious moments without being intrusive. I can’t wait to see the photos. The setup was beautiful, the activities were perfect for the kids and honestly, the whole vibe was just wonderful. My guests had an amazing time and so many of them told me they were really “wowed” by how well everything was arranged. Most importantly, my son had the best day, and seeing him so happy meant everything to me. It was a day to remember! Thank you to the entire Booboo Land team for making this birthday unforgettable. I genuinely recommend them to any parent planning a celebration. 🎉💛

It is hands down the best kid place in Dubai. We have been to many kids playareas in Dubai and nothing feels this extraordinary like Boo boo laand. Its huge, luxurious and just amazing. There are many unique kid activities here as well whuxh aren't not available un other kids playgrounds in Dubai. Like a snow park ( fake snow), grand prix racing, milking cow n sheep experience in the farm, VR rides for kids, a painting robot and much more. A must visit place for kids in Dubai.

Absolutely amazing place!!! My 2.5yr old son had an amazing experience and we had extremely difficult time in getting him out of this place. So many things to do, my son loved being chef and digging with excavators. This place has so many options for kids. Staff is so good and friendly. I definitely recommend this place.

The place was so much fun. So many things to do, the cleaners were on top of things and the staff was the friendliest ever. Thank you to Miguel for taking such good care of our little Zion which made him very very happy.

We had a wonderful time at Boo Boo Land during our last visit! My daughter was so excited and had an amazing experience — the place is very welcoming and offers a wide variety of activities that kept her entertained and happy throughout our stay. As a suggestion, it would be great if Boo Boo Land could introduce a points or rewards system tied to the activities. This would not only make the experience more interactive but also give children an added sense of achievement, encouraging them to return more often. Overall, a fantastic destination for kids, and we look forward to coming back again soon!

Boo Boo Laand at Dubai Mall is such a fun and creative space for kids! My child absolutely loved exploring the different play zones — everything is bright, clean, and safe. We recently visited Boo Boo Land and, regrettably, the experience was disappointing. The facility itself is clean and visually appealing. However, the overwhelmingly pink and highly gendered aesthetic makes the environment feel less inclusive for boys. While presentation is important, atmosphere matters even more — and this is where the experience fell short.bThe overall tone of the venue felt cold and impersonal. Most staff members appeared robotic, disengaged, and, at times, visibly unhappy. Genuine warmth and interaction were noticeably absent. The only staff member who demonstrated authentic kindness and engagement was the stroller valet, who stood out as the sole highlight of our visit. There is also an excessive number of rules, many of which do not appear directly linked to safety. Rather than creating reassurance, the environment feels overly controlled. In the “Little Crawlers” area, parents are not permitted to accompany their babies on the slide — a surprising restriction given the age group. While babies under one enter free of charge, each accompanying guardian must pay, which reasonably creates the expectation that younger children will receive appropriate accommodation and consideration-yet NO! What further diminished the experience was the disproportionate enforcement approach. After briefly stepping out to leave and returning because I had forgotten something — without the required socks, having already been told by the locker attendant that wearing our own socks was acceptable just for this matter — multiple staff members approached me immediately as though I had committed a serious violation. The manner of the interaction felt excessive and unnecessarily uncomfortable. Fortunately, this was only a trial visit. Boo Boo Land is undeniably clean and well-maintained. However, warmth, flexibility, and a genuine understanding of parents with babies were noticeably lacking — elements that are just as essential as safety and cleanliness in a children’s play environment. If this review receives a standard automated response, it would only reinforce the very concern being raised. The recurring nature of similar feedback over time suggests that management is already aware of these shortcomings. Meaningful change requires acknowledgment and action — not templated replies. Parents have many options when choosing where to spend their time and money. It is worth supporting businesses that prioritize not only aesthetics and rules, but genuine care, inclusivity, and the simple effort of putting a sincere smile on children’s faces.

Love the place, very entertaining, all friendly staff, really suitable for kids who love to explore and have fun. Thank you again for the gift and for letting us experience how magical and fun to be here in Boo Boo land.

A great place for kids and an excellent venue for keeping them busy while experiencing different learning zones. Many thanks to Joseph for helping the kids do wall climbing. I'll definitely visit this place again.

We visited during our vacation and it was definitely a great choice. Coming as a family means having a fun and exciting time. The attention to detail is impeccable; we've never seen such a large, clean, and perfect playground for children. Hemos estado en nuestras vacaciones y sin duda es un total acierto. Venir en familia es pasar un rato de diversion ilusion. Cuidado al detalle, nunca habiamos visto un parque infantil tan grande limpio y perfecto para niños.
