I would recommend it for authentic perfumes, the staff is very friendly and their service and customer service is very good. I bought Creed aventus, it is a very good perfume, lasting and refreshing. It is for those who like woody base with fruity top notes. It has high notes of pineapple with some rose notes in the middle. Definitely recommend.

These guys are legit scam, I don’t understand how does they operate with this number of stores. Unprofessional and useless service they got. I placed an online order my card has been charged and it’s been almost a week I am trying to get to them texting them calling them. And I get the bullshit answer we are waiting for back end verification. Tell me something that I wouldn’t know! What is back end verification they don’t care to explain. I understand this enough that if my card has been charged on my credit card and it should reflect at your end.

SCAMMERS ALERT! So last month I bought Amouage Interlude 53 from them. Today I thought I should check if it is authentic or not and to my surprise I came to know that is it fake. all the things are destroyed that are mentioned on amouage.com to claim your perfume. 1. if you want to claim your perfume you have to provide the pin code & batch code but when i checked them on my perfume they are removed permanently which means thy are just selling hundreds of copies with same QR code. 214k PKR for a fake perfume??? these people SUCK.

Boutique De Royal is a ROYALE experience altogether. It has managed to fill the void left by Khaadi,and what variety of original imported perfumes,shoes and bags etc. The staff is cooperative and ambience divine. A must go

Finding Boutique De Royal is like finding my kryptonite for sure! Just a random day, me searching for a good/authentic place with legit perfumes and I found them arbitrarily online. Me being a naturally dubious person, decided to visit this place and to my surprise, this is a perfume haven. Amazing ambiance, dope customer service and most importantly, their prices are super competitive. Don't take my word, search for yourself. Their sales rep Saad (I believe) is a true gentleman.

Good collection but prices are 30% higher than market. You’ll find the same perfumes at better prices in other well known retailers in Pakistan

The best shop in Islamabad. Most affordable genuine prices and vast variety. I went to buy franck olivier oud touch and they treated me with great respect and hospitality. Even gave me a bottle of water. The prices are very good, i bought nautica voyage from other shops at 7000 to 8000 rupees but it is available at 6000 in royale

Nice and clean store that offers variety of niche perfumes and designer fragrances. Friendly staff except a supervisor Qabash who was non-coorporative. I purchased 3 perfume bottles on a 'buy one, get 50% off on the second' deal. I went to buy fourth perfume for 50% off the next day and he refused by saying the system didn't allow it. After i refused to leave and insisted on speaking to the headoffice, he became abit rude and gave me 50% off after speaking to the regional manager on phone who advised him to do so.

Pathetic service for existing customers. Their card machine malfunctioned and charged me 2 extra times for 1 purchase and it’s been over 15 days and I still haven’t received my refund. Their team is slow and unprofessional. Be very careful of this. If you do purchase something use cash instead of card
