1.Worst place for getting Grooming done for your pet. (Please check atttached pictures before and after grooming ) 2. Not a trust worthy place at all. 3. Unprofessional and un experienced doctors who doesn’t know how the treatment well just gave you medicines to increase bill value. Be careful- before giving your pet for grooming, I gave boarding to them for which they will never let you see the boarding place also only send you pictures n videos of outside not where they are keeping pet in the cage etc.. you never know where your baby sleeps weather she eats or not. Once I took her for my shitzu ear dryness infection to there doctors, seriously worst uneducated doctors they gave so many medicines for 15 days where my baby stopped eating food completely and after complaining them they gave excuses. NEVER GO FOR ANY TREATMENT it’s just a way of earning money, then I took her LEELA PET CLINIC HSR layout they treated her so well in few days her problem is gone. I gave grooming after last day of pet boarding n gave them proper instructions not to trim because it will be my wedding in few days and I need a good grooming, litterly I cried after seeing my shitzu after their pathetic grooming skills they spoiled my baby and make it ugly after telling multiple times.. the stylist they made my pet face so ugly with short hairs n tail also chopped, they will make your baby BALD in the name of grooming and charge you bomb for this pathetic job. It’s been 20+ days my shitzus hair didn’t grown well n my best day turned worst because I couldn’t took pictures of her.

I recently got my street dog groomed at Bow Meow The Pet Point, and I’m honestly so happy with the experience ❤️🐾 They handled my dog with so much care and patience, which really matters because street dogs can feel anxious in new places. The staff was gentle, understanding, and very professional. I took my Shih Tzu to Bow Meow for a bath and grooming, and they did an amazing job! My pup came out super clean, soft, and looking absolutely adorable with the cute bow. The staff were gentle, friendly, and very professional. Really happy with their service — definitely recommending Bow Meow for pet grooming! 🐶❤️

*WORST Pet Boarding Experience!* I’ve boarded my cat here twice, and both times he came back infested with *fleas*. The first time, I gave them the benefit of doubt. But the second time, my cat had just been *vet-checked*, blood-tested, and was completely flea-free. Yet again, he returned with *severe flea infestation*, and they conveniently claimed “he already had it.” This is clearly a *recurring issue they’re refusing to address*. They ask for vaccination proof from pet parents—*you should ask them when they last did proper flea control* in their facility. *Avoid at all costs.* If you truly care about your pet’s health, look for better alternatives. *Personal suggestion:* *Bozo Wags (Veterinary & Boarding)* – not flashy, but always safe and reliable for my cat.

I haven’t consulted my pets here, but I have purchased a lot of dog treats, toys, and brushes from this store. They offer a wide range of major and rare brands, making it a great place for pet supplies. They have a good selection of both dog and cat food and treats, and the service is pretty good. Payment is convenient as they accept UPI, cash, and card transactions. The only downside is parking, which is difficult to find, so plan accordingly. Overall, a great pet store with quality products and good service!

I have encountered poor manners from the sales staff in Nilambur. I needed to contact the owner several times about a food order, but he did not respond adequately. Although he initially suggested sending it by bus to Nilambur, he has since stopped taking my calls. This has resulted in a negative service experience for me, even as a member of the store.

I have done my cat’s grooming from this shop and after one week he got fungal infection , its just because they are not cleaning the equipments after using for one pet .. not only that, when i went to consult for my cat they are not even cleaning the thermometer after using for him .. the experience was really bad

Worst clinic ever. We took our cat with severe UTI ans urinary track blockage and the doctor said he is normal. They over charge for everything. And simply waste time because of which our cat’s condition worsened. The doctors are unprofessional and inexperienced. Anybody who wants their pet alive and if you really care please don’t prefer Bow Meow.

My 6.5 year old Shih Tzu came back with rashes all over the body and fleas. Had to rush him to a vet. Wouldn't recommend this place for sure. It was my 2nd visit for full grooming but I'm sure there's not going to be a 3rd.
