Very bad experience. The focus appears to be only on payments, not on solving customer problems. Support is unresponsive and unhelpful after money is collected. There is no empathy for customer conditions, and commitments made during discussions are not reflected in actual service. This has caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. Definitely not worth the cost. I regret choosing this service.

Total disappointment. No transparency, no accountability, and no respect for customers. They claim to be a SEBI-registered company, but in my experience, the trading guidance lacks discipline. Stop-loss and target levels are not respected, and advice keeps changing with “average price up aa jayega” logic. Very unprofessional and risky approach.

Extremely disappointing service. Everything is designed around collecting money, not delivering quality. Customer conditions, urgency, or concerns are completely ignored. You are treated like a number, not a client. Very bad value for money. Please think carefully before engaging with this company.

As the chief executive of MDS, LLC, I feel compelled to share our profoundly disappointing experience with Brain Technosys, a software development firm we engaged for a crucial project. This review is not penned lightly; it comes after exhaustive attempts to collaborate with their team to salvage a project critical to our operations and future growth. From the outset, the project was marred by a disturbing pattern of incompetence and deceit. A critical component of our project, the Authentication Code, was found to contain over 50 errors, undermining the basic functionality we had contracted for. This was not an isolated incident but a pervasive issue throughout the entire codebase, which was riddled with both functional and grammatical errors, rendering not a single dashboard fully functional or presentable to our end users. The situation was further exacerbated by the actions of a representative from their developer team, Vipin, who attempted to deceive us by hardcoding data updates to mimic the functionality of nonexistent API data calls. This, coupled with the project's delay of over three months past the agreed-upon completion date, has obliterated any semblance of trust or confidence we had in Brain Technosys's capability or willingness to deliver a product of acceptable quality. Our technical lead, hired externally due to the mounting issues with the project, has painstakingly demonstrated the myriad errors and shortcomings of the work done by Brain Technosys. It is painfully clear that none of the work completed falls within an acceptable scope of functionality or user readiness. This debacle has not only resulted in significant financial loss for MDS, LLC but has also cost us potentially thousands of dollars in revenue due to the missed deliverables and ensuing project delays. In light of these facts, and given the consistent deceptive communication and attempts at fraud we've endured throughout this process, we have been left with no choice but to request a termination of our contract with Brain Technosys and demand a refund of 75% of the investment made. None of these funds have been received to this day. To those considering Brain Technosys for their software development needs, I urge you to proceed with the utmost caution. Our experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, marked by subpar execution, unprofessionalism, and a blatant disregard for client satisfaction and project deadlines. We are now forced to take additional legal and public measures to recover our losses and caution the wider community about engaging with this firm.

Can't recommend this company enough. They are responsive and diligent in their work ethic and always go the extra mile to make sure projects are completed in a timely manner and to a high quality. Great work!

They got more than $2000 from me for a website with a promise to finish it in 20days. It has been 5 months now, the website doesn't work, I cannot reach them on the phone, the guy on the whatsapp doesn't reply, their dont reply to emails. It is like a fraud company. If you can find any other developer, go for it because these guys are the worst!

Well professional approach, customer oriented, dedicated team for projects and always ready to stretch themselves to satisfied their clients. Such approach will create new milestones. Keep it up BTPL team, only sky is the limit for you guys.
