Great selection of clothes, shoes and house supplies. It’s better to go when opening. Highlighting the great customer service of mister Siddque! He is constantly smiling and he is super friendly with everyone. He has a lot of patience. :) Ladies (his colleagues) should learn from him.

We lost are car key in brands for less in alwhda mall branch and we wait 4 hrs no one help whn we call manger maika she run away no respons I told them if u not help I will cal polish them they bring key from inside we wait 4 hrs very bad mangers attitude only one staff she help us I don't know her name .ladies and gents both manager didn't help.very bad experiences

Very poor online order collection experience at Brand For Less – Al Wahda I recently went to Brand For Less at Al Wahda Mall to collect an online order, and the experience was very disappointing. 🔴 Unprofessional Collection Process They ask for a verification code, which is fine—but instead of scanning it or noting it themselves, the staff give you a small piece of paper and ask you to write the code down. That’s not the customer’s job. We can show or tell the code—it should be the staff’s responsibility to record it properly. The counter was full of items, making it very difficult for customers to write anything. 🔴 Staff Attitude & Poor Service One staff member (Maeca – Assistant Shop Manager) asked me to write the verification code. Even though there were many staff members around, they acted “too busy”, but were not actually helping customers. Online pickup customers are treated as if we’re getting something for free—which is not true. We paid for our items and deserve basic courtesy and respect. ⸻ 🟡 Suggestions for Improvement: 1. Staff should handle verification code entry after seeing it from the customer’s phone—don’t make customers write it. 2. Train staff to treat all customers—especially online order pickups—with more professionalism and respect. 3. Organize the collection counter—avoid clutter and make the process smoother and more welcoming. ⸻ I hope Brand For Less management takes this seriously and improves service quality at the Al Wahda branch. Customers deserve better treatment, especially when collecting items they’ve already paid for.

I’m very satisfied with the service I received. The cashier name Ian immediately assisted me in checking the battery of the toys I purchased and made sure everything was working properly before I left the store. Very polite, efficient, and helpful. Highly recommended

You branch in al wahda mall is closing around 8:40 pm. but your website its saying 12 am. Update your website to accurate timings.

Today I went with my two-year-old boy and bought a 25 aed car and a bottle of bubbles. The truth is that I didn't spend much. At the checkout I asked if the car needed batteries because if it needed them I could have bought them there, but the guy at the checkout was very bad. I don't know, ma'am, that works without a battery. I got home and looked and saw if it needed one. Also, the car is in bad condition. The part where the battery goes is rusty. Could you have helped before paying?

I have encountered a Filipina Cashier who meddle in between conversation that I had wherein she is not the cashier who is assisting me. Today around 7:20pm I am trying to exchange my online purchase which I am not sure but I was able to order and received notification. There are 3 male cashier and she is the only female at that time. She keep on interupting our conversation by saying I have to log in my account in order to have a refund on the wallet and exchange, she is not solving my problem instead insisting what I know is wrong. I have done many redemption and insist to my cashier that its just an OTP through SmS. I was redirect with another cashier for online services and she still keep on interupting, and insist I need to be log in. The cashier who handle is very polite and realize it can be done the same way I encourage him to do. The process is complete I was happy with my purchase but very dissappointed to this cashier who not only meddle, dont have manner and dont know how her ways of working can be done differently to ensure her guest is satisfied.

Online closing time is 1 AM ,but shop is closed by 10.40pm. Giving wrong information to customer

I ordered a shoes online. Picked it up from one of the branches, when I checked they gave me the wrong size. So I had to return it and they gave the money back on my account. I really liked the shoes so the lady told me to repurchase it online since they don’t have that specific type of shoe on their branch. So I reordered it and picked it up from the same branch again but guess what? They gave me the same shoes that I returned the first time and I was like wth? Why do you guys do this? Such a disappointment.

I bought an item from this store in Wehda mall for AED 180 and I found it online in the store application for AED 39, CUSTOMER SERVICE was not helpful when I call and she said this is our policy, and I call the store to discuss at the end of the call they said anything else? Have a nice day and they shut the phone, I was still talking

Avoid their watches. My watch brought from them stopped working after two weeks. The warranty turned out to be fake and was not accepted the watch manufacturer. Brands for less did not want first to fix it claiming their there is no after sale services. Then after several arguments they took it to fix it but returned it back with the same condition.

I bought this shoes last Sunday (June 30,2024) and today I wear it. The quality of shoes is really bad. I don't have my receipt I throw it already. I was calling in your landline but no one answering.
