خیلی بزرگه و تغریبا همه چیز داره قیمت هاش مناسبه برای سوغاتی خریدن حتما یه سر بزنید قبل تور صحرا حتما یه سر اینجا برید و قبل رفتن از دوبی دوباره یه سر دیگه بزنید اینجا یادم نیست مالکش ایرانیه یا نه ولی سوغاتی زیاد خریدم و همشون کیفیتش خوب بود بر خلاف انتظار خودم با توجه به قیمت ارزونش . کارت و قلیون برای بزگسالان شکلات و لیوان و نماد برای سوغات لوازم التحریر و اسباب بازی برای نوجوانان و کیف و کفش و لوازم آرایش برای خانم ها میتونید تو اینجا پیدا کنید

It is my first time that i have a very bad experience, poor service and rude responce today, When I entered the store no one is greeting, I just browsing a bit then I saw staff black african I approach her, and come to her I just said ( Hi ate i have item to exchange .. Im not finish yet in my sentence but she just block me and send it to the cashier. When i just go to the cashier one lady filipino is there and busy for something she is doing. Twice i call her but she dint respond to me. Then she call one lady filipino also which is busy in other customer and she come to me and explained that the item that i both is not exchangeable, its sale item and my receipt its expired. And they cannot do any thing as per the lady wearing in black in cashier she just talk when I'm explaining the scenario. I don't want to refund i just want to exchange. I dint know that i just both it twice and i have the previous one already. There are not understand first what I'm trying to say. They just simple blocked me and not assist me tru it. Im a regular customer for the brand for 13 years. And this first time that i exchange only for one item. I want to buy for my baby then this is not really acceptable when you are a buyer that have only 1 day i missed due to my work day which is is long hours, how ever i just talk to them politely but there rude and they explanation its not convincing. Not all cashier have explained it properly for exchange and refund because there are busy.

Just finished shopping here at brand for less SCC and the staff are very friendly and approachable special thank you for ms reyshel shes very good at customer service

The branch is okay, the staff is welcome - thank you for that! However, the variety of brand clothes and shoes is really limited. The prices are affordable. They sell home goods, clothes, shoes, bags and other items.

I had a great shopping experience in this branch where Kristine guided me on everything I needed. Thank you, til next time.

Lot of things are there with good quality shoes, cloths, accessories etc.. but Prices are little bit high.

Poor Customer Service. I have never encountered such a rude Filipina Sales Lady. My friend and I were to purchase perfume for gifts but after being assisted by JENNELYN who clearly lacks knowledge in dealing with customers, we decided to purchase elsewhere.

Ordered notebooks online and received a doll instead. Ask for the correct order or at least refund the amount, they will give you additional inconvenient, no proper answers, no certainty. You will feel fed up about the whole thing and still nothing happens.

I went to this shop to pick a parcel yesterday.and this staff named Ronila has the rudest behaviour among all,she is unprofessional in the counter,everytime customer wanted to pay she is like feeling the boss.is she doesn't want to work then better to quit the job,she's helpless,I want an immediate action for this @bflgroup.com
