Great collection, but staff service can be better especially 1 staff is particular. When i asked about a diff shade of a suit i recently purchased he said those are "years old and outdated"...trying to demean or belittle me..and i immediately left...would always prefer Dxb Festival City outlet..best staff and collections

I just want to commend how amazing Islam was in providing service. He was very knowledgeable and patient with what we required, adding much needed advice on what would look good. He is one of the main reasons I go back to Brands.

I have bought one blazer at the price of 500 AED, after 3 days I found it is not well tailored in terms of sewing, there a huge gap between the strings which caused a bad look, I reached out to the store to address my unfortunate experience with that, they tried to play around and they said that it wasn’t from their product which disappointed me. I highly not recommend this store for many reasons as mentioned above. high prices, poor quality.

I had a disappointing experience at this place. The quality of their products is subpar, and to make matters worse, their after-sale service and customer support were incredibly poor. I would advise anyone looking to make a purchase to buy somewhere else. Save your time and money!

Salesman is only for money grabbing.said discounted yet the tag says the same price. Not going to return again. Even i bought it cz the product is good quality. Not smartest sales guys cheating on the customers.

@ Brands - You are very lucky to have a Wonderful Sales person - Mr. Islam Hassan in your stores. You have a wonderful collection as well @ very economical prices. Even the Offers are also excellent. I am not the kind of person who love spending time in the shop for selecting dresses. When I go to a stores, I would expect the sales person to give me valuable suggestion regarding the suitability, sizes, offers etc. That was 100% fulfilled by Islam. It was a very wonderful shopping experience. Look forward to visit in the month of Ramadhan as well.

Amazing Experience! I am an old customer and bought a lot of suits from Abu dhabi branch before. This was my first time in Ajman branch and i was greeted by Khaled and Sara. They are Both wonderful people. They made me feel like at home, and helped me with the suits choices. I would highly recommend this store.
