I had a wonderful shopping experience at Brands For Less! Special thanks to Manager Rose Al Ain Mallor her professionalism and warm assistance. Reymart and Lou were also incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. Their excellent customer service, positive attitude, and willingness to assist made my shopping smooth and enjoyable. Truly appreciate the team’s effort, this is why I keep coming back. Highly recommended!

I would like to share my wonderful experience at Brand for Less in Al Ain Mall. I would like to thank Reymart for acknowledging customer concerns and welcoming us with a warm smile. I also appreciate Mary Grace for providing excellent customer service. Special thanks as well to their brand shop manager Jona for supporting the staff and creating a positive environment where they can truly enjoy their work. Having team members like them in the store makes a great impact not only on my experience, but also on future customers. Employees like them are a valuable asset to the company and will surely contribute to its continued success.

It proved to be a favorable branch of Brands for Less. My son managed to purchase an Adidas sports upper at a highly affordable rate. There's always a possibility of finding what you need, and fortunately, he was in search of it and succeeded. While not everything may be worthwhile, sometimes you discover a hidden gem among the many offerings. I highly recommend giving this outlet a try.

All the staffs: Reymart, Kristel, Lou, and Ma’am Jona are very excellent and friendly compared to Dubai Branches. keep it up, guys!

The App and website is uanble to process returns, don't order if there is any return possibility. Poor customer service.

Staff name:- Creighton, I love to visit this branch since this open but this is my bad experience to have a people like her. She is very unknowing person and she never have a smile on her face. The rest of the people on the shop they are all good except her. Even we trying to ask something she'll act like a very strange. So I have a request be friendly with the customer and stop to trying like your the boss some how we gain nothing at the end we came empty hand in this world well go same the way with empty hand. So be humble and be happy what you have and try to be nice with every one. Please try to take care of this kind of people. They need some briefing how to manage and handle the guest. We pay for your stuff so just smile we need nothing else. Thank you Kamal

I love to shop in BFL but they should improve their stocks in this branch Al Ain mall. I would have rated 4 stars but I bought several pairs of sandals with them that after wearing a few times like literally 2 to 3 times it was damaged! I think the stocks are mostly old ones!

Worst customer sevice. Not exchanging sizes on bought shirt just a day ago. Very rudly replying and Redirecting from one person to other. Specially their supervisor name Larnie she felt proud to say that even you are regular customer go and buy from other stores and don't come to us. I would give minus 5 star if i could.

dear brands for less management I was reminded recently that there are good people among us. They may go unnoticed but do kind things just because it’s the right thing to do and are not recognized in 1st feb 2024 i lost my gold ring i was not sure its in the shop but i have the feeling since i spent some time in the shop. yesterday i went to the shop and asked the manager with no hope that i will find it, but fortunately i was as surprised it’s with them . i was very happy and would like to asked if I could leave a small reward, she said, “Oh, no, , no need for a reward.” So to the person who found my ring and turned it in without a thought, I say “thank you, so much, whomever you are.” I am forever grateful and will try to pay your kindness forward! thank you all best regards Maryam Alshamisi

Exchange is rejected to Do even your receipt is valid and item is perfect. Mandatory they need your phone number to exchange the item. Even if did not use my phone number while purchasing And I reject to give the phone while exchange I left there item and left . After they said we will not exchange without the phone number

I have been a fan of the “Brands for Less" store chain for at least 7 years. Therefore, I was very happy when the Al Ain branch opened. I visit various chain branches in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Fujairah. Each branch has its pros and cons. However, the Al Ain branch is the best in terms of its staff competence and willingness to help. It has always an utmost pleasure of mine to visit the Al-Ain "Brands for Less" branch. The atmosphere is the most welcoming and supportive there. The never-fading smiles and professionalism of the cashiers Alaizah and Leizel inspire me to visit the store a few times per week. Moreover, the assistant managers Mayrose, Jona, and Larnie make the branch the best of all in the UAE. Thank you, ladies, for your great commitment to your job. 😊😊😊

I am extremely pleased with the service of "brands for less" and the prompt delivery service😀. My six items were designs by "Tchibo" with exceptional quality in workmanship.

Avoid. Although there is a chance you might come across a good find, some of their items images are deceptive and can look very different in real life vs online. When speaking to customer service team about this issue, they are not helpful and refuse to acknowledge the complaint. The customer service agent refused to provide me with the contact details to escalate this problem. Also beware, exchange and refunds are a nightmare.

I appreciate Elaizah for being approchable and patient to look for stuff I was looking for and recommending items that might interest me. Thank you. Keep up the good work.
