Do not recommend this place at all. Customer service is very bad, especially their alterations. I bought 5 suits from them and the alterations took a very long time. The staff kept telling me “100% it will be ready tomorrow,” but every time I called or went there, the suits were still not ready. When they finally said it was ready, they made me wait 1 hour and 30 minutes. I then noticed they were only doing the alterations when I arrived, which means they were lying. They always said they would call me back, but they never did. No honesty, no responsibility, and no respect for the customer’s time. I regret buying from this place and would never recommend it to anyone. Be careful.

Alhumdulillah I have been doing shopping here since last 4 years & having a great experience. I have never bought such type of suits in such a reasonable price. The best part is their after sales services (Alterations e.t.c.)

It was really very bad experience and i bought 4 suits and also referred my friends, when i asked for alteration and after sale support the treatment was very bad and there was bad attitude and the quality was not good as promised its and sizes not perfect. Overall experience was very bad and dont advice, its tottal a scam, when u reach there u will get very good treatment to buy and after very bad treatment and no after sale support.

Quality of the shirts and ties are good, pricey, not really worth it. The guys there need to be more professional, and when I buy something that needs amending, it should be taken on spot and tailored as needed even if I get them next day (not be told to come some other day and bring them).
