Bravo Coco Beach

The interior design is like a high level spacious beach resort with several seating areas like right in the beach or inside a cooled vip room. The food was amazing but took very long time to serve almost an hour. The ambience is really cool fitness music. Highly recommended.

Do I recommend it- yes! The food was good and served fresh,Some of the best fish in Dar. The service was good however, without a reservation there is a wait time to be seated on weekends or busy times. The atmosphere is excellent and the views stunning. Even for a 30,000 tsh entrance fee this was worth it. Note: if you love wines they do have an impressive wine cellar.

Bravo Coco offers really great food, overall I’d rate it 8 out of 10. The dishes are flavorful, well prepared, and generally worth visiting for the food alone. Unfortunately, the biggest issue is the reservation system and customer service. On two separate occasions, I experienced the same problem: despite arriving on time for a confirmed reservation, our table had already been given to other guests. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The situation was made worse by poor customer service. One of the waitresses actually walked away while I was speaking to her, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Because of these repeated experiences, I would not recommend making a reservation at Bravo Coco. If you choose to visit, it’s better to walk in and take a table only if one is available. Otherwise, I’d suggest finding an alternative restaurant. The food is great, but the service and reservation handling seriously need improvement.

A beachside restaurant with a nice atmosphere. However, despite having many staff members, the service was disorganized and very slow. The food was mediocre and somewhat overpriced. We ordered a local beer bucket, but due to a staff error, we were charged for individual beers instead. No one took responsibility for the mistake, and we ended up paying the higher price. Furthermore, when an item we ordered was unavailable in the POS, they simply punched in a random menu item of the same price into the POS system to balance the bill. This was quite disappointing and unprofessional for a restaurant. Aside from the beach ambiance, there isn't much to recommend here.

Honestly, my verdict is YES! Go eat at Bravo Coco and you’ll enjoy everything. Service was on point, atmosphere is unique, welcoming, and vibrant. The food is scrumptious! We tried the tamarind fish, the tempura shrimp, and some other things I don’t currently remember. 😂 Had too much fun. 😉

아름다운 해변가 근처의 멋진 레스토랑. 찾아오는 차량만 봐도 꽤 고급 레스토랑이란걸 알 수 있다. 하지만 그에 비해 음식은 다소 평범하고, 직원들 간의 호흡도 잘 맞지 않는 듯 싶었다. 그럼에도 분위기는 최고의 레스토랑이었다.

As I understand, this place is for the wealthy people of Dar es Salaam. The locals here are well-dressed and enjoy themselves with loud music. You have to pay for entry and then spend money on food and drinks. However, the service is very slow, which seems to reflect the local culture.

This place is still relatively new. In my opinion, the service needs an improvement. The ushering staff was really nice, however the wait staff was very slow and seemed overwhelmed. The food took a whole to arrive and the taste was okay but not amazing. The menu options are food. The ambiance is the highlight of the venue. The decor is really amazing and makes you feel very welcome. The music adds to the ambiance; not too loud that you cannot hear each other. I would like to give them another try just coz of the amazing atmosphere.

The ambiance and the food were really great. The server was amazing. We had some issues with the food, but they handled it pretty well. I really recommend it.

Their non alcoholic drinks (milkshakes, mocktails and smoothies taste like broken dreams, poverty and unreqitted love combined. Then the profiling is crazy! Waiting time for drinks was over 30 minutes. Waiter Joyce was delightful though! Anyway I Highly do not reccommend.

The location of this place is top tier. You can feel the see breeze as soon as you set foot in this area. Food was ok and the dj set is always good. I enjoyed the music selection in the two times that I visited the place

I had a great experience at Bravo Coco! The food was absolutely delicious and truly some of the best I’ve had. The customer service from their staff, especially Carineselah, was outstanding. She attended to us with genuine care, quickly found us a better location to enjoy our dinner, and made sure everything went smoothly. At first, we were welcomed by one staff member who unfortunately left us stranded without really listening to us. Thankfully, Carineselah stepped in, and her professionalism and attentiveness completely turned our evening around. She is a true asset to Bravo Coco, and I strongly recommend that management retain her—staff like her make all the difference. Overall, great food and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great lunch when I was hosting a team of 36 Executives. Everything was Fresh and the Egyptian colleagues loved the food. I would like to Thank the Manager Xavier for his support end to end with the preps, the waiters Steven, Charles, Patrick, Rhoda, Flora, Atupela, Caren Sera, & Charles Malija for the good service they provided to the team & i.

Location fantastic with a great ambiance, food delicious but service needs a big Improvement. We have used the location last week for a business dinner with company’s executives and experienced how bad service can crush the good overall picture. Even after several visits and even functions with our teams the service is still not up to speed.

Our waiter was Moses, and we had incredible great service. The food was out of this world, will definitely be coming hete again. The vibe is the best in Dar with the best view.

Great place overlooking the sea and well managed restaurant. Excellent food, atmosphere and service. The price is reasonable = usd 20 for fish meal. You pay usd 12 or shs 30,000 per person to enter the place which is later substracted in your final bill. Cash is not accepted for entry fee = must be card, or mpesa or transfer. t Normal small water bill is same price as fresh juice at usd 2. Highly recommended for outing

I am extremely disappointed with the experience we had at this venue. My friend made a surprise birthday reservation for his wife, fully confirmed and paid in advance. However, when we arrived today, the table that was supposed to be prepared for us was not arranged at all. We were left standing in confusion, and the staff had no idea about the reservation. Not only was this unprofessional, but it also ruined a very special surprise that had been planned with so much effort and excitement. For a place that claims to offer quality service, this level of negligence is unacceptable. Special occasions cannot be repeated, and your lack of organization caused a moment that should have been memorable to turn into an embarrassment. If you cannot manage or respect confirmed bookings, especially for important celebrations, then you should not offer such services at all. Extremely poor experience — definitely not recommended.

Great view and comfortable seating arrangement, but appalling service. Front desk lady did a great job at making me feel unwelcome and almost left right there. Coming inside, views are nice but had to go find a waiter as i wasnt noticed. Then ordered drinks that took 20mins to arrive... For the prices all of that is a deal breaker

Went in August with one friend and it was nice but very slow service, called today to make a booking for 10 pax and am told it has to be a fixed menu for a group selected by them and no Ala Carte option availble nor are we allowed to pick what we would prefer to eat! What a joke since they are happy to lose group bookings rather than offer us the option to order what we would like. Very odd and a complete put off!
