Nice society with play area,swimming pool, near bagmane and good construction mom

This is a really good society, the people here are friendly. You get to hangout with friends, have parties and stuff. This is really a good place to stay if you work in Whitefield. The best part of this place is the terrace view :) .

Its gated resedential place with all amenities, parking place, swimming pool, gyms, kid play area, efc

Decent society with decent amenities. Only advise to people going there on rent is do not go as a tenant to Landlord's flats (One who owned the land earlier and got some flats in return after project completion). There is mostly one guy left now. Rest of the landlords have sold their flats. You can find his name on almost all of the apartment block nameplates. He has around 10 - 12 flats in the society. Interiors are average. He will not return your deposit when you are vacating.

Big apartments and clear apartments but no facility for the delivering boys benefit Park vehicle outside in walk to delivery what is this as a civilian didn't like this they need change and at least provider cycle or something to delivery there products as I saw so many Apartment provide something vehicle or and cycle

Good society. Well maintained. You have to have your own commute. Otherwise living here might be challenging. No super market near by. Peaceful place to stay.

The place has cool breeze. It's nice to walk around in the premises. You have a club house with snooker TT badminton gym and also a pool (25*10). The rooms are spacious, cheap, clean and modern. The premises is also very clean and neat. Thumbs up for people who want to rent here!

As a member of this society i love the place and the whole complex is spacious and well maintained. There are 2 & 3 BHKs with ample car parking. Well ventilated and have good amenities. Only concern is you are midst of 3-4 cement plants and you have one right adjacent to the compound wall. During summers you can literally feel the dust in the air.

Very good connectivity to ORR and Whitefield area. Most of the malls, hospitals, cinema halls, schools are near by within range of 2-3 kms. has lack of public transport therefore own vehicle is must if you plan to live here in this apartment. Loving my stay here in my own first little mansion... :)

Excellent place to stay/rent if you work in ORR or Whitefield. No high rise on at least two sides and as a result abundant sun light and wind guaranteed. superb amenities including indoor badminton court

The apartment is nice with good internal facility. However, one need to have their own vechile to live here as everything is at least a km far! Also one has to rely on cab services as no auto rickshaw ply on this road!

Stayed for six months ( had to move to other state after this ) and the society is good. People are less friendly if you're a bachelor as most of them are married. Society has pool, gym and other indoor games facilities as well. But keep a check if you are going on rental basis.

already water problem/crisis is there. It is so irritating. Please don't overlook water crisis here. pls avoid Cement Mixers nearby create a lot of noise and air pollution. Have. made life hell for resident. Society is spacious (has all sorts of facilities - recreation club, garden, pool). Otherwise it has poor connectivity to bus stops and doesn't have a grocery store nearby

I stayed here for 11 months. I loved my time here. You have big basket vending machines which you wont find anywhere else. The community is friendly. Its a bit costly and far from nearby markets and hospitals. If you have a vehicle and can afford the rend go ahead for this. It connects brookefield, whitefield and marathahalli elegantly

Stay here if you do not use public transport much and have a private vehicle. Pros - Spacious, Clean, Safe, No Restrictions, 24x7 Big Basket Vending Machine(but with very limited products) Cons - Poor Connectivity, No Grocery Store/Salon in 1 km radius Amenities - Well maintained gym and swimming pool, Indoor Badminton, TT table, Snooker Table

#Very nice society with very ordinary flat sizes. #Not worth the cost as the sizes of especially the 3bhk is very small. #Amenities are nice and working. #Location is connectef to outer ring road at some distance only. #Society is well mantained except the lifts etc. #Sunlight is an issue in some of the apartments with very small lift lobby

Awesome apartment complex. Very peaceful to stay. Only problem is Noise. There is a concrete mixing factory right beside the B-Block, so choose where you want to stay keeping that in mind.

It's corner both side 2 km away Whitefield road or ORR road. There is no public transport depend only Auto and cab or on mode transport...its.bit expensive. Support share mode transport....standard design apartment...

Moderate in terms of my experience, so much of dust in atmosphere, there are multiple construction sites around nearest market is 1 km , but very good ventilation , proper sunlight and proper air.
