Brioso Restaurant

We came as a family for early dinner and avail their eat all you can offer. You can choose from pizza, pasta, steak and other main dishes and with 1 complimentary drink as well from soft drinks, mock-tails and even a glass of alcoholic drinks like Fonterra wines and Red Label. We started with pizza and pasta which are all good while the steak which we ordered as medium done arrived as very well done. Later we ordered other pasta and beef cordon bleu and more steak which again we requested to be medium but served very well done again and even with lots of grounded black peppers which made the steak spicy. The pasta during the first servings are with lots of white sauce but later was barely enough sauce. The steak later on was always served very well done with less mushroom sauce and really very peppery. For the price of their eat all you can offer, it was really a real value for money! If you are into buffets kind of restaurant and you like pasta and pizza as well as chewy steak, then this is a great place for you. Just at this time during summer, the dining area ambiance is really hot and all of us are sweating while eating, luckily they keep on giving napkin tissues to wipe our sweat. Overall, the place is good value for money if there are offers and you have a big appetite.

This was a terrible meal, everything we ordered tasted terrible, the pasta was barely edible, we put some chili pickles and ate them all and the food was served very slowly. The chicken didn't taste as good as KFC, I think the chef could learn from KFC how to fry the chicken properly. Finally, this dessert is ok.

Not a bad pizza pie and a fair value. Buy one get one for 1 dirham. Pizza price ranges from 49-79. We had the pepperoni (weird pepperoni) and the caprese pizza with buffalo mozzarella. Service was kind, but a little slow. The place is in the lobby of the hotel and not very well enclosed. You’ll have to deal with a lot of noise from the neighboring bar and the people in the lobby. No one checked on our meal after it was served. I’d like to have pointed out that sauce was a bit watery and the whole cherry tomato’s on topped made it even more watery. It stole the crunch from what was an otherwise tasty crust. We were hungry and this place did the trick but I can’t say I’d visit again.

I won't go to this restaurant again. The food is terrible and terrible. The chef used a whole bag of salt in my seafood soup. The chicken is like an iron rod. There is only one waiter in the restaurant. It's really a very bad choice to go to this restaurant.

I need to drop my review here because lot of people have negative reviews and it’s not fair when I eat awesome food and don’t appreciate it. Always easy to criticise, may be their experience was not good before and restaurant improved a lot or may be they were expecting something else and didn’t appreciate the original taste of the Italian cuisine. Anyways, I just finished truffle chicken pizza and it was awesome. Believe me in Dubai there are lot of good pizza restaurants and I think this restaurant is one of them. I highly recommend them. Please if you don’t like the original Italian cuisine, there are lot of other variants of pizza served by other restaurants, try them.

NOV. 9, 2021 Me and my Husband had chosen this restaurant to have our dinner. A lady came and drop the menu lightly on our table & left without saying anything. Then when we called her for our order, she came back and just took it. I might be too sensitive but I felt that the treatment was cold. So I told my husband about it. Few minutes later, some Arabic, French and Western customers came. My surprise, she greeted them with a smile and a warm & lively tone of voice! She even introduced/explained the menu to them. I never thought she was a Kabayan/Filipino like us. Finally, I asked the bill coz we're leaving. I thought the treatment will be better, but she just gave the bill and took it back when it got paid. I am not expecting to be acknowledged or to be special, but at least she could have given equal treatment to all nationalities. No matter how good the food was, the experience was terrible because of her. I have visited this restaurant before, but this is the first time I encountered her. All other staffs were the opposite of her. If she could only be trained to give a good customer service to ALL, then it will be perfect!

Brioso is a nice Italian restaurant with great food, well looked after by chefs Cristina and Dammika to give it that authentic taste and quality. Samantha looks after the service and all was picobello ! Overall a great experience and definitely value for money!

Italian Restaurant witg good offers. Buy 1 get 1 on pizza, pasta and steak. They have wide varities of options in their menu. Parking is free in basement and seating capacity is wast. Give a try

Its been a fantastic experience for all of us all the staff is friendly and attentive all the foods are extra ordinary credit goes to the chefs. Especially the host charnay is very kind we will back soon.

Delicious food we availed the buy1 take1 steak and pizza offer. Nice ambiance for fine dining. Definetly we will dine in again. Accommodating staff as well.

Brioso is hands down the number 1 Italian restaurant in Dubai when it comes to pizza! I ordered a pizza and was completely blown away—it’s honestly the most authentic Italian pizza I’ve had outside of Italy. Every bite reminded me of the pizzas I ate in Italy: fresh ingredients, perfect crust, and that true Italian flavor. The surprise highlight? Their homemade mayonnaise—absolutely stunning. Creamy, flavorful, and clearly made with care. If you're craving real Italian food, especially pizza, Brioso is a must-visit. Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent!!! The food is brilliant, the service is amazing and the vibe is nice. Started off with some freshly baked bread with an olive paste which was offered by the restaurant, and then had a wonderful fajita. Was too hungry and busy to take photos, but will definitely go back again!

Italiano SOLO nel nome. Il peggior ristorante “italiano” visitato a Dubai. Ho preso un “tagliere misto” dove si parlava di prodotti italiani ma di italiano non c’era NULLA, venduto ad un prezzo medio/alto. Ho chiesto Spiegazioni alla cameriera che mi ha confermato che tutti i prodotti erano italiani, poi quando le ho detto che io sono italiano e che quei prodotti non lo sono, lei si è scusata per l’accaduto. Non ci tornerò più e non lo consiglio.

This is what I got delivered 1 margarita and 1 peperoni... toppings on the box and not the pizza spent almost a 100 AED FOR THIS. I tried to phone so they can rectify this but their number online is out of service so hopefully this review will grab their attention so they can reach out to me

Even though I ate between lunch and dinner - the place was empty and staff setting up for the evening buffet, the food was very tasty and authentic. Portions were good and the flavour was excellent. The waitress called Nurcida was chatty and cheerful, so overall I would recommend eating at Brioso - also good value.
