Why do you share your contact number to the public, if there’s no one to answer phone calls. I’v dialed the provided phone number 10s of times, besides I tried to contact you via social media, but no response. Two years ago, I had a post from the UK delivered twice to the British Consulate and no one ever bothered to contact me so I go and collect it. Please take it seriously and do something about it.

The consulate is not here, it is in the Rotana hotel in Erbil city. Except that it’s not there either, the entire consular services are a man on reception which gives you a pamphlet which says ‘send us an email’. If I could give no stars, I would.

British Embassy in Irbil it's useless just wasting tax payers money. I had a problem in Kurdistan I have tried to contact them in every possible way for three days I couldn't get in touch with anyone. I use to be feel proud to be British but not anymore my situation it wasn't dangerous, but what about someone who need help ther is no one there to rich out for. I will take this matter further to MP and I need answers. I will make sure what happened to me it will not happen to anyone else.
