Flawless nails and the most relaxing Moroccan bath — everything was clean and done to perfection. The staff were professional, attentive, and made me feel so pampered. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

i asked for them to make my hair brown from blue. they recommended dark brown so i said yes. they did not know how to do it. they fried my hair with bleach, it was very uneven and said that i need 2 sessions just to get dark brown. i already paid 315aed. their hair coloring services is not worth it. please, if you do not know anything about coloring hair, refuse customers! you are a big waste of money!

I visited Roua for a root color, and I couldn't be happier with the results! She matched my color perfectly and the coverage is seamless. My hair looks refreshed and natural. Roua is clearly a pro who pays attention to detail. Highly recommend!

The moroccan girl who did my hammam was professional. However, what i didn t like i took the booking at 8pm they change at 7pm il called the tunisian lady she confirm with for hammam last booking at 7 but in fresha it s open untill 9pm , after my hammam i find another guest waiting when I ask another person she confirmed the schedule it same salon for hammam as well. It s not professional to change customer s booking like this .if u don t accept appointement at 8pm u should simply to close the online reservation for that time slot

I called ahead prior to purchasing on groupon and CONFIRMED I can purchase multiple vouchers. No one asked me about my hair length. I went in and the staff was friendly and no one said anything about my hair length. Today I called to book & The owner said she will refuse the 2 remaining vouchers as they don’t accept past a certain length but I informed her I already visited and used one voucher and no one commented on my hair. She said I should have read her website T &C’s before. But shouldn’t the staff have informed me when I called prior to purchasing the Groupon? Or perhaps even the first time I went in and completed a blow dry? I called in advance prior to purchasing the voucher and it is her responsibility to train her staff, not mine.

Even after booking the appointment on 9th may with them and being on time I had to wait more than an hour before they attended me. I went for nail extension package which was for 150 and the lady said I can have ombre and gel nail in 200 and so I paid 200 but still got ombre on acrylics while I keep asking if it's gel nails that she is making. After all this I let it go because it was looking great but it should have last upto 6 weeks but 4 of my nails have already fallen off in 2 weeks so I am quiet upset about it. Disappointing. Please be very sure what you are paying for.

My favorite and happy place all the staff are nicee and helpfull menicure pedicure very nicee and even hair (roa) she’s very nice hair brushing and sabrina she’s very kind and all the service are nice i recommend to go all to bronzette salon 🤩

My 3rd time in this salon and they have friendly and accommodating staffs. Dani does my lashes very well. Highly recommended. I also tried their moroccan bath and it was a great experience too. Aysha does it well. Good customer service and great value for money. Always coming back to this salon and I can recommend to my friends. 😍😍😍
