Brown Bear Bakers - KPHB 9th Phase

Ordered Pani Puri and Peri Peri French Fries. Pani puri didn’t taste good and some old oil was used for peri peri fries. Looks like repetitive cooking is done in the same oil. fries were bitter with low quality. The fries had very unpleasant smell.

Outlite was quitegood and looks luxurious. At first sight we thought it was bit expensive but the prices are soo reasonable and normal rates when compared with average outlets outside. Just go to this place without any thought’s and doubts. Cakes rate are also too reasonable and less and you will taste the best.

Quality of food is good. Place is clean. Coming to taste, pineapple cake was very good and veg puff is average and felt butter in my mouth after eating it...

The doughnuts filled with nutella and other flavours are really good here . Nutrella filled doughnut is must try . The banana bread is also good. The cakes are really hard and do not have much moisture , they are not good and the macoroon cookie was really bad even an oreo biscuit is better . Better buying cakes elsewhere like pista house or ks bakery .

It is centrally located on the main road. Lot of variety available. Some of the items appear to be high priced. Look Into the pricing food quality is good. Sufficient seating available.parking is tough here as it is on main road

Snacks tastes good. Will sure visit again to try other snacks, desserts...

Small place to sit and eat but the bakery items are sooo good. Tasty and fresh. You will also have different types of cakes as well

We ordered cake for my daughter B'day. It's of forest theme....very nice. Bread also so fresh. Very tasty. Hygiene maintained. Recommended

I come here for only chicken sandwich. Best chicken sandwich 😋🤤 Try chicken 65 burger also. So yumm Also heard good reviews of cakes. Will try cakes next time.

Though i love Brown bear baker items but wanted to give my review for one of the item i.e Cake. I bought cake from KPHB branch but cake was melted from inside and i have raised my concern & complaint by walking into the store after few days as i know the sales person as i am regular customer and buy every items from there only. In my last visit when i have asked them to know what happened with that complaint as I haven't received any call from main branch. They asked me raise complaint one more time but why again.. . I think service or customer concerns are not on top priority for them. Very bad service or no action on the complaint. ...

Cakes come in many designs, also large cakes i.e. 1kg+ cakes are available most of the time. Muffins are so affordable for that quality. Puffs are larger than usual size & are fresh. Sandwich not preferable (prepared in desi style rather).

Visited Brown bear bakers and ordered 1. Egg Puff - Rs. 25 2. Chiken Puff - Rs. 35 3. Rasmalai Pastry cake - Rs. 90 All are good.👍

Excellent place, nice staff. We went to order Cake, we customized our Cake with lots of medication in the existing 3-4 cakes... The Sales girl (Devi) was so polite and professional, understood our requirements and conveyed to the backend team. Meanwhile, we ordered the chat, the person did very well and neatly served the food. I recommend taking a small break for food and bakery items.

I was wondering there is no good bakery between gokul plots and Nexus mall.. then came brown bear.. ambience is top notch.. They deliver excellent birthday cakes.. I am impressed with the quality of birthday day cakes... don't miss chicken samosa if you pay a visit..

They sold us a cake with fungus in it. The base layer was filled with mold and we saw it after eating almost half the cake. Disgusted and disappointed .

Worst service experienced. Being in telugu state no one knows basic telugu. No sense to talk. They are such ignorant fools not even answering. Store manager also doesn’t know telugu. I would give zero star if there is an option. One of the worst experience i had.

One of the best, I have ordered white forest cake which was too good and well packed.
