واقعاً تجربه‌ی خیلی خوبی داشتم! هتل خیلی تمیز و مرتب بود، برخورد کارکنان هم صمیمی و مودبانه بود. لوکیشن عالیه، مخصوصاً برای کسی که می‌خواد راحت به مراکز خرید و جاهای دیدنی دسترسی داشته باشه. حتماً دوباره برمی‌گردم. ممنون از تیم خوبتون

I have a wonderful time in this hotel. The hotel’s staff were very kind and helpful. The bed is very comfortable. They clean every day the room. The night is very quiet. The staff are very friendly and helpful and i want to thanking every one of them. I also want to thanks Hasan, who supported us to find the auto-cleaner and help to arrange everything. We are grateful to everyone from the staff for filling us so comfortable. If we go to Istanbul we will stay again there.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Buke Hotel in Şişli, Istanbul. The location is perfect just minutes from Osmanbey metro, great shops, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcome. A special thank you to Yousef and Muhammad at the reception — they were always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything I needed, including early check-in and local tips. Their warm hospitality really made my stay memorable. The breakfast team deserves extra praise too. The restaurant guys were polite, attentive, and always served with a smile. They made breakfast one of the highlights of the day, with delicious selections that energized all the guests for sightseeing. My room was spotless,comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hotel’s overall vibe felt welcoming and cozy. The free Wi-Fi and helpful staff truly enhanced my stay. Overall, I highly recommend Buke Hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul — great service, excellent team, and a stay that felt like home. 🙌

Buke Bobanti Oteli’nde sadece 1 gece konaklamamıza rağmen, tüm personelin son derece nazik, saygılı ve profesyonel olması bizi gerçekten çok etkiledi. Fiyat–performans açısından bakıldığında, 5 yıldızlı otel konforu sunan bir tesis. Odalar oldukça temiz ve konforluydu. Kahvaltı özenle hazırlanmış, zengin ve çeşitliydi. Ayrıca sunulan özel ikramlar bizi fazlasıyla şaşırttı ve mutlu etti. Ulaşım açısından da oldukça avantajlı bir konumda. İstanbul Havalimanı’ndan metro ile bir aktarma yaparak ulaşılabiliyor; taksiyle ise yalnızca 5 dakika mesafede. Metro ile iki aktarma sonrası yaklaşık 15 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde bulunuyor. Gönül rahatlığıyla herkese tavsiye ederim. Neslihan Obwohl wir nur eine Nacht im Buke Bobanti Hotel verbracht haben, waren wir sehr beeindruckt von der Freundlichkeit, Höflichkeit und Professionalität des gesamten Personals. In Bezug auf das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bietet das Hotel echten 5-Sterne-Komfort. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war liebevoll zubereitet, reichhaltig und bot eine große Auswahl. Besonders die zusätzlichen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten haben uns positiv überrascht. Auch die Lage ist sehr praktisch. Vom Flughafen Istanbul ist das Hotel mit der Metro mit einem Umstieg erreichbar, mit dem Taxi nur etwa 5 Minuten entfernt. Mit der Metro sind es zwei Umstiege und anschließend ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg. Wir können das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen

I came Istanbul for my hair transplant procedure and stayed at Buke bomonti hotel during my visit. I would like to leave a review and a special heartfelt thank you to staff members Yousef and Murat. They have been very warm, kind and welcoming and have been super helpful every time i needed something. This is exactly what you want when you travel abroad. Coming from the UK i was not too familiar with Istanbul however Yousef and Mohammed are always willing to help/guide you and offer great hospitality. They host so well! The manager Pelin was very friendly and wants every visitor to feel comfortable and supported during their visits. All the staff on reception/front of house (Burak, Ugur and Omer) have provided me with a really good customer service experience. Housekeeping team and kitchen team members also are great assets to Buke Bomonti. Very professional.

كانت إقامتي في Bouk Hotel من تاريخ 16 إلى 24 ديسمبر تجربة أكثر من رائعة بكل المقاييس. الفندق نظيف جدًا، مريح، وموقعه ممتاز، وكل شيء كان منظم واحترافي. أخص بالشكر الجزيل للأستاذ مراد وإخوانه وجميع طاقم العمل بدون استثناء، تعامل راقٍ، أخلاق عالية، وحرص دائم على راحة النزلاء وكأنك بين أهلك. أي طلب يتم تلبيته بابتسامة وسرعة، وهذا شيء نادر ويستحق التقدير. بصراحة فندق يستحق الإشادة والتوصية، وبإذن الله ستكون لي إقامة أخرى مستقبلًا. شكرًا لكم على حسن الضيافة والتعامل الجميل

Yeni yılı İstanbul’da geçirmek adeta bir rüya gibiydi. Otel personeli konaklamamı son derece rahat ve keyifli hale getirdi. Resepsiyondan kat hizmetlerine ve kahvaltı ekibine kadar herkes çok misafirperver ve güler yüzlüydü. Her zaman samimi bir gülümsemeyle karşılanmak gerçekten büyük bir fark yarattı. Özellikle kahvaltı ekibine mükemmel hizmetleri ve sıcak misafirperverlikleri için özel teşekkür ederim. Spending New Year’s in Istanbul felt like a dream. The hotel staff truly made my stay effortless and enjoyable. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly, from reception to housekeeping and the breakfast team. I was always greeted with a genuine smile, which made a real difference. Special thanks to the breakfast staff for their excellent service and warm hospitality. With my love from Morocco 🇲🇦 😍😍😍

My stay at Buke Hotel Bomonti Istanbul was absolutely wonderful! The customer service and reception were excellent, and all the staff were extremely kind, respectful, and attentive. The manager is truly amazing and radiates such positive energy throughout the hotel. As for the breakfast team, I honestly can’t describe how wonderful they are — always smiling, polite, and very professional. The gentleman who welcomes the guests at breakfast is truly exceptional! I wish everyone, in any profession, had the same passion and love for their job as he does — thank you so much! Also, the staff member who speaks German — you are such a wonderful and kind person. Thank you for your help and kindness. I had just undergone a medical procedure, and I was traveling alone — but I never felt alone because of their kindness and care. I was deeply touched by how supportive and understanding everyone at the hotel was. Thank you to the hotel management for their elegance and for having such kind and respectful employees. Jeden z naj lepszych hoteli Pachnąca pościel i ręczniki codzinnie czyściutko. Śniadanie (jajecznica) naj lepszą jaka jadłam. Super personel . 5* to malo a jestem naprawdę wymagająca Brawo super DZIĘKUJĘ do zobaczenia.

Very bad experience. When I tried to report a strong smoke smell in my room, the receptionist hung up on me. The cleaning service was poor, one of my items went missing, and they hardly understand English. Laundry prices are also unreasonably high. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. No shuffle bus, the sound isolation is not great you can heat baby cries next rooms

“الفندق ما شاء الله مريح جدًا، والاستقبال أكثر من ممتاز، وحتى الفطور كان رائع ومميز. وبشكل خاص الموظف ط( عمر ) قمة في الذوق وحسن التعامل. يعطيهم العافية جميعًا. سكنت عندهم من تاريخ 19/11/2025م إلى 27/11/2025م، أكثر من أسبوع، وكانت التجربة ممتازة.

Büke Bomonti Hotel ve ekibine gerçekten teşekkür ederiz. Konaklamamızdan çıkışımıza kadar her şey gerçekten çok mükemmeldi. Odalar çok temiz ve genişti .Personel çok cana yakındı. Tekrardan kalmak isteyeceğim ve önereceğim güzel bir otel.

اقمت في هذا الفندق ٤ ليالي ومن لحظة وصولي للفندق سعدت برحابة الاستقبال وبشاشة طاقم العمل جميعهم، احترافية عالية في التعامل مع الضيوف وإهتمامهم المستمر براحة النزلاء. الفندق جديد و نظيف جداً و رائحة المكان مريحة ، دورات المياه نظيفة و الافطار كان مرضي جداً بالنسبة لي. اشكر السيد رضا الذي كان يستقبلنا في المطعم بإبتسامته الدائمة و السيدة بيلي على كرم الاستقبال وتعاملهم الرائع معنا.

فندق جميل الصراحه والموظفين اروع من الاروع خاصه السوداني محمد جدا محترم وخدوم مايقصر معك بشي وباقي الموظفين ١٠ على ١٠ والمكان نظيف وسعره مناسب جدا انصح فيه وبقوه 😍😍😍😍😍😍

Super hôtel ! Très propre, bien situé et personnel très agréable, accueillant et à l'écoute, je recommande chaudement cet endroit pour un séjour à Istanbul, c'est une valeur sûre.

Resepsiyonda çalışanlar soğuk davranıyor odadaki çarşaflar çamaşır kokusu ve garip garip lekeler var gerçekten rahatsız oldum ve iki gün kaldıktan sonra kaşınmaya başladım

Every things was good welcoming ,food , reception, room , clean, manger men's servicing for breakfast so nice people. Location is in near by many places but it's low place need to walk 8-10 minutes high to reach jawher mall...كل شي كان ممتاز الاستقبال الموظفين نظافه الغرف جديد الاثاث ونظيف ،الفطور والمشرفين عليه ممتاز .. فقط الموقع في مكان منحدر متعرج تحتاج للصعود ٨-١٠ دقايق مشي للوصول الي جواهر مول . اللي بصحه وعافيه وشباب ماعنده مشكله لكن كبار السن صعب يمشون طلوع ونزول . لكن تقدر تطلب تاكسي من الابليكشن وكل شي تمام .

The hotel is very comfortable, clean and decent. All rooms looking pretty nice. Ugur and Burak were giving the best service. Highly recommend. I would definitely come back. Thank you for the hospitality!
