Very nice luxurious many options good swimming pool very good restaurant and kind 24 hour service love this hotel.

I need someone from the Hotel to contact me ASAP. I have been trying to reach the hotel for the past month and a half to get a receipt for the days I stayed. Can someone please reply to my review with a working phone number!!! It’s urgent! Thank you!! Please fix your phone!!!! All hotels must have a working phone number to contact the hotel directly!

Hotel looks legacy and aged. By now it is time to renovate the old-looking and abandoned parts of the hotel, in rooms toilets and in outside garden, swimming pool and its waterfall, and the gym. Lobby was nice. Room balconies are nice. Did not try standalone chalets, but tried standard room. Room's wall painting color may matter to some so ask if you dislike some colors like blue (light or mid- dark). Room and toilet lights were only white and weak. Room's toilet water pressure was very weak in the toilet's washing basin, and inconsistent in showerhead! Hotel accepted cash payment for the direct rental, but payment by credit card was not an option! Parking was available but ground needs to be surfaced instead of rocks. Vehicle entrance and exit from hotel premises had disturbing bumps, somehow uncomfortable for vehicles.. Staff were welcoming and price was just fine. Shopping places are nearby also.

انا اتحدث عن البار أو الديسكو الأرضية و السقف ديسكو البريمي غير جيدة وكذالك دورات المياة وسخه وتخرج روائح كذالك لا توجد الفيزاء كرت والادارة في ديسكو البريمي غير جيدة وكذالك توليع الشمبانية للرقاصات غير مصرح به ويستغلو اي شخص في ذالك فأتمنى محاسبتهم وهذا النداء لوزارة السياحه

I like Al Buraimi because it is still an Oasis town yet far less expensive than neighboring Al Ain. This hotel is inexpensive. Room was a bit dated. They need more business. Nice shopping and restaurants nearby. Oman is a great country to visit.

Very dirty I stayed there for ten days they don't even change my bed sheets and pillow cases even I asked the housekeeping they just ignore it but they can understand English have big problem with 🏨 Management that hotel should closed for hospitality procedures should train there staff well coz the guests are paying them.

To the manager, Good Day! I am sending you this email to inform you about an incident that happened today with your p.r.o- Mahmood. and me and my sister. First of all i would like you to know that i am working as a service manager for a company here in Dubai so i already have a resident visa here, also i recently had a surgery & my sister is a registered Nurse. But because of my sisters situation i had to take a leave so i can be with her in Oman. We paid Total of 800 dirhams for 1 and a half day which is quite expensive but is actually okay because we had the comfort we needed than sharing with other people. This morning around 3 am my sister and i were already in the bus and was seating comfortably on our seats when suddenly this Mahmood asked my sister to get off the bus to give space to other people who was still outside (no explanation - just shouting asking my sister to leave)so my sister begged him not to let her out because i was also inside the bus and we need to be together. My sister tried to explain to him that i was sick and the only reason i was there was because we want to be together. But Mahmood instead of listening forced my sister out and asked me to go out of the bus as well. Having no sleep, tired and sick - i gave him a non-approval look (based on his attitude towards my sister) and what he did next was the worst part - because he followed us outside fuming with anger because of the look i gave him and started screaming and shouting embarrassing us in front of everyone. and my sister was still begging but he didn't listen. I went to the reception and asked the recepcionist on duty about what was happening and he was also surprised - he went out and talked to Mahmoud but he never listened - in the end he allowed my sister to go back to the bus so i went with my sister and sat beside her - but Mahmoud again "power tripping" asked me to move towards the back of the bus (THERE WAS NO SPACE FOR ME AT THE BACK) and just to avoid confrontation - i followed him and sat on the very small space given to me by the other passengers on the isle of the bus. what he did next added salt to the wound because he asked a totally stranger man sit beside my sister!!! why did you hire such kind of a person? I SUFFERED FROM OMAN TO DUBAI!!!! And i don't think we deserved it, Nobody deserves that kind of treatment. I just can't believe the stress we had to deal with this morning - everything in the hotel was ok until we saw Mahmoud.

جميل للعوائل - نظام الفندق غرف لشخصين - واي فاي ضعيف ويتقطع - يوجد الكثير من المواقف داخل الفندق - يحتاج الى التحديث والتغيير قديم - اطلاله جميله وخلابه لا يتمتع بادوات واجهزه حديثه .

The place is in the busy area. Clean and big room. The hotel is old and needed some renovation.

Don't ever go to this hotel if you are going to oman from uae by bus..for new visa exit process In one room they keep 10 beds Foods are very costly in hotel Worst receptionist service.. Credit card and debit card not acceptable at midnight after 3 am god knows why... Its better you go to oman by flight

Was one of the good hotel but not now.... Can enjoy the bar and pool... It's ok

This hotel has a lot of fond memories for me as a child and is very affordable price. Not to lavish but has all general amenities

I went at Eid time. The manager sitting down on a full table wit empty seats while I stood for 30mins just trying to get a seat.!! Like what happened to customers first??,😭😭

I visited this hotel last February. Its clean and the restaurant is good. The manager at the restaurant was very courteous. The staff is good.
