I had a fantastic experience at the Burger in Family Mall, Sulaimaniyah. The service was impressively quick and efficient, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. Every employee I interacted with was polite and had a great attitude, which really added to the pleasant atmosphere. The food was absolutely perfect—fresh, hot, and delicious, exactly what you hope for when you order. It's clear they take pride in their work. I highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for a great meal and excellent service!

The order is not good, for the second time I order three burger sandwiches, but I was surprised that they were cold, and I think they were cooked an hour or more ago. Note that I asked the waiter if the order would be prepared now or if it was prepared in advance, and he answered that it would be prepared now, but the burgers were cooked in advance, as I expected. I do not recommend trying it after 10 pm.

For the First time opening Burger king brand in iraq and sulaimani is good for burger lovers. Friendly and nice staff, prices are food and super tasty, its inside Familymall in sulaimani, in foodcourt floor which will be second floor... Try it!

The customer service is great, however the burgers are extremely bad. No taste, it feels dry and tasteless. Comparing this burger to the other burgers in Sulaimani is incomparable. Also the green salad 🥗 is not great.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Burger King. The chicken pieces were extremely small — more like a child’s portion, not suitable for an adult meal. This wasn’t clearly communicated, and it felt misleading. It definitely wasn’t what you’d expect from a proper fried chicken meal like you’d get at KFC. On top of that, the service was slow. We waited too long for our food, and when we finally sat down, the tables were dirty and not cleaned properly. Overall, it was a frustrating and unpleasant visit. I hope Burger King takes this feedback seriously and improves both their food quality and service.

Horrible service and food. Keep away from them and try something else. Food very bad and not worth the money. Edit: thank you for your reply. It’s about the whole experience. The only good thing was the worker who took our order. He was nice otherwise everything else was bad. We order some food and the worker gives us a number and a small device and tells us it will vibrate when food is ready. We wait for 15 min but no vibration so I go to the cashier and the guy tells me my food is ready and I can take it. I touched the food and it was ice cold. I ask him to make new for us. The worker doesn’t understand so he gets the manager who approves. I tell him we want Fanta but he gives us cola. Anyways 10 min later he gives us some new food. The meat patty is cold and dry. The rest of the food was fine. We just ate it and left. No apologies or nothing. It was around 10:30 close to shut down so they didn’t care. That’s all.

The food is overall good but service is a bit slow and there are limited options on the menu unlike a few years ago where they had exclusive items for good prices. However, atmosphere wasn't bad.

Its one of the best among all brands in my city , the most important thing is their customers service , from greeting , smiling , taking your order precisely, listening and send off with smile , what i noticed the are all working like a team to serve customers , even store manager working with them , guiding them , leading them , I'm seeing good future for those employees , many thanks for all of you and wish you best of luck .
