I was regular customer here and 2 weeks ago brought a set which I felt increased their prices informed them. They didn't give much discount and attitude if you want you can take. I send to my home country as it was gift unfortunately my relative send message to me it has a damage. I felt ashamed and I called the shop send videos to them. They said from their side they check many time there is not chance to get damage. After I buy we didn't open directly given as gift. The way they are treating the customers are not satisfying, still waiting for shop response if they can replaces. Send my replies but no answers. More than money trust gone and will not buy again from here.

They have a really great exchange policy for the size issues and hassle free. Highly recommend.

I used to buy materials from this place regularly, but my last two visits were disappointing. They tried to charge me much more than the usual price—for example, items that were 60 AED were suddenly priced at 100-120 AED. It felt like they were trying to take advantage rather than doing honest business. I left without buying and will never return. Trust is important in business, and this place has lost mine.

Be careful guys, the majority of their dresses are refurbished, some you can identify immediately and many you can't. We purchased two Agha Noor dresses, the available sizes were Large whereas our requirement was Medium. The dodged us by saying that they will bring M size from their other shop, guess what, one of the staff went to another shop & did alteration to the same Large size to make it M without our consent. Be careful

Guys please beware of being cheated by them. There was a dress on the rack saying 99 . When i asked the price they said its by mistake in the rack and the offer is finished. They sold it to me at a higher price! The next day the put up exactly the same dress in another colour for 99 !

Mene burj al falah se kaafi baar dress purchase kiye hai. Alhumdulillah jab bhi unn dresses ko pehenti hu to sab taarif karte hai. Mene khud ke liye, apni saas ke liye, apni behno ke liye dresses purchase kiye hai. Isme dresses ki rate kaafi achi hai. Iske online page par bhi bahut offers aate hai. Overall good experience.
