Hi dear management I am so upset because of you one staff raj receptionist burj residence tower 9 my wife she went to meet up her friend normally we come there and I am sitting in sofa that gentleman coming and very rudely told me not allow to sit here when I told him ok relex he start argument with me and told me go and complain it’s very shame full act I respect his age but it’s not like that he take advantage and abuse and disrespect anyone also I have question to management if we are guest or we came to meet some one why we don’t allow to sit there when there is sofa for sitting I feel so bad like we are beggars that staff came to me and talk me like that I have request to take action against that staff otherwise I will go legel action because he abide and disrespect me he can say anything respectfully not a disrespectful.

المميز في هذا المكان الاطلاله بشرط الطوابق الي من 20 وفوق ، وتعامل بنت عندهم اسمها ساندا انسانه رائعه خصومات ما احصلها ف اي مكان لكن المكان مافيه مميزات كثيره ، التنضيف يكون عليك بـ200 درهم ، ريحة الممر لما تطلع من المصعد ابدا موحلوه ، والمصعد بطيئ جدا ، ممنوع تدخين حتى لو حاجز للمدخنين يشتكون عليك جيران ، ممنوع الحفلاات وتجمعات وصوت العالي بعد ساعه 10 بليل ، مكان مفيد للعوائل .

Awesome view point and beautiful location for photoshoot

Great location and an amazing view of the Dubail mall, Dancing fountain and Souk Albahar which are all of a walking distance. Hamza checked us in and he was very helpful and nice! However, the apartment was a bit old and needed deep cleaning and maintenance but everything else was perfect.
